"Love God, and love his humanity.
"So the most significant thing for a human being is that if he wants to find the God, if he wishes to know the God, if he desires to be in bliss, then he should start looking for a saint/ a mahatma. And if he finds a Saint, then he should attend his satsangs. In Satsangs he will get to understand th secret of human life…why have we come into this world as humans…. and what can we as humans do to get that eternal happiness…. Until we do that we cannot be happy in true sense. So first a human being should look for a perfect saint (Mahapurush), then attend his satsangs, and then after receiving Naam from the Guru… as in having found Guru, one should seek Naam….and after that devote himself to Bhajan Simran. Then he can find the God. And make his life fulfilled."

"Those who love the true Lord and seek him in every person and in every form of life anchor him in their hearts in such a way that we find him in everything we see. If you spend your whole life reading scriptures, you will not actually achieve anything if you are not able to love all forms of life. Love for all that is brings us closest to the true Lord."

"When the Guru comes, then he has such an immense divinity, that he plays with his eyes only. With his eyes he has stolen my heart, so I kept my heart very consciously and kept it very privately, but with his eyes only he has stolen my heart."

"The most important thing for a person is to know the Lord. If they wish to be in bliss, then they should go in search of a Mahatma (Saint). And when they find a Saint, they should attend his satsangs. In the satsangs he will come to understand the secret of human life….
Why have we come to this world as human beings, and what we can do as human beings to attain eternal happiness? Until then, we cannot be happy in the true sense. So a person should first search for Mahapurush (a perfect Saint), then attend his satsangs, and then receive Naam from the Guru….
Once one has found the Guru, one should ask for Naam (initiation) …. and then devote oneself to bhajan and simran (inner sound and light meditation). Then they can find the Lord. And make life fulfilling."

"We are the crown of creation, we are above all the angels, goddesses and gods that exist. They are there to serve us and not to be worshipped. We as humans are the highest in God's creation. Everything that exists is within us and there is nothing outside of us. All the gods you worship outside are within us and they are below us.
A man in bondage cannot unbind you, but an unbound man can. That is what the guru is. He himself is unbound and can also free you from this world. And that is how you become."

"When one practices meditation on the sound current and reaches the third region, the Parbrahm, then one’s Surat and Nirat — that is the ability to see and ability to hear with the soul — awakens. Then the sound current starts flowing from every cell of your body and flows all the 24 hours of the day. But you cannot attain this knowledge until you meet the Satguru. After attaining this knowledge, one has to do persistent and vigorous practice if one wants to reach one’s true home."

“If we find the competent living Master, then Nirat, which is the power to hear, and Surat, which is the power to see, awaken and we have the eyes and the ears to see and hear. Start looking for the competent living Master. What does the great Master do? He connects us with the truth. He connects us with the inner sound and the inner light that flows within us.”

“It is Shabd, the sound current, that sustains everything in creation. Shabd is the lock and is also the key. So when one receives this Shabd, the sound current, then practise it and try to connect the consciousness with this Shabd, this sound current. Life then becomes successful.”

“God is living within us. He is living in this temple of this human body. He never left us. He is eternally living within us. [Maharaj ji is giving an example of water, which is covered with the algae.] When water is covered with the algae, we are unable to see that water. When the smell comes from the flower, then we cannot see that smell, then we should develop the love for each other. We should look for the love within ourselves.”

“What is Naam? Naam is light and sound. It is the unstruck music that flows within each of us. And when this unstruck music stops, our life ends. We are all souls. Lord Krishna gives Arjun to understand, ‘Oh Arjun, you are a soul, so work like a soul, don’t think of yourself as a body’. So get Naam and practise Naam.”
The Guru will connect you with Naam and bless you with an inner experience of light and sound on the very first day.”

“Tulsi Das ji says: ” I worship to the feet of the Guru, I pray to the feet of the Guru, who is God himself and who is full of mercy and compassion and who is the one who can destroy the darkness and who can destroy the ignorance in me. I pray, I worship to such a God, I refuge in the feet of such a Lord.”
He’s making us understand, that we should refuge to such a Master, who can save us away from the darkness and who can take us towards the light. And what is light? Light is the testament of God. It is the testament of knowledge. God is light and sound. Masters come to this world to awaken all organismen who are living in the darkness and who are living in ignorance. They come to awake them.”

“Thakar Singh ji Maharaj and all the great Masters have always given one message: ” Love everyone, love everybody, love the whole humanity”. If you want to reach the true home, then you have to follow the path of love. Since we have come and gone away from our true home, we do not find happiness on this physical plane. Love all in this creation of God. The goal of all religions is to reach God. But the path to God is one and the same for all.”

“We should love everyone. Everything belongs to God. God is present in everyone. We should not say anything bad about anyone. If we cannot do anything good, then we should not do anything bad to anyone. We should serve others as much as possible.”
