Wow, we've come a long way in this introduction to the 'Art of Personal Reconstruction'. Thank you all so much for embarking on this journey with me. It's been a long rad road with some bumps along the way. Each episode less scary to put out than the last, it took a lot to first face myself and then face you with as much of my truth as I had access to with what level of consciousness and self awareness I had at the time. Through that, you stuck with me, and for that you have my gratitude.
What I can do at this point in the process is to turn to you and project what I learned, in hopes that it impacts you or someone you know in a positive way. This is a goodbye, yes, but only for now.
I'll be ready with Season Two come June 15th 2021. Be well, heal, and journey well. Take this as a map and use the parts of it that are relevant to what you may be going though and know that no matter how dark it gets there is always a light on the other side of that shadow, don't be afraid of it and dot be afraid of yourself, your deep inner self.

We're approaching the end of the first season (One more episode to go). This episode - also a shorter one is just catching you up to where things are currently, not in the recorded past as they've been coming to you. The next episode will constitute a recap of the podcast itself and the content followed up by some more detail about what direction we'll go in season 2.

Though I introduce this as Episode 9, it is actually Episode 10 and it exists within the context of the last two, documenting the experience of a relapse bubble.
This is a really short episode relative to the others, and putting it up has been difficult process... Until now. There is also something poetic about this process seeing as it was recorded months ago. As each episode comes out, so too do the events play out in my own experience right after uploading them. So while I've been uploading episodes about relapses and the bubble, I've experienced just that in the last couple of weeks.

Before you listen...
In light of the sensitive/raw nature of the series overall, and particularly this episode. I'm urging care in listening or moving forward. For anyone who decides to skip, part 3 serves a recap and reorientation and leaves things on a positive note. Much of this will also be referenced in the next episode.
The Episode is divided into three parts, separated by a brief pause.
Part 1: From the Future (Current) CommentaryPart 2: From the Relapse Bubble Part 3: Reconstruction Reorientation, Resourcing -
Also in this episode, I teleport in ‘from the future that is now’ to talk and provide a little more structure and guidance so you can better understand whats going on and why it’s happening. That way no matter how rocky the boat gets, you - like me, will remain steadfast and oriented towards a better outcome. It may not look like what you imagine, but that's how you make it out. Actions speak louder than words - yes, but thoughts (especially when they persist) speak louder than Actions and Words ;)

When experiencing this seemingly unusual euphoric state (perhaps a symptom of the brain returning more balance chemically - my best guess). It can seem everything is working out just fine. In my experience of this, it has become a sign, a warning even, to be careful. This euphoric state often leads to early complacency that can land you right back in the place you're feeling so good about having just left and in the case of the next two episodes - relapse.

We're picking up just moments after recording episode two, which brings the introduction to this podcast to a close. This episode is meant to give you a more contextual view into the situations, scenarios, and characteristics of mine that greatly increased the potential that I would live the kind of life I did, and influenced how I thought about things.

I bear it all in this first episode, an introduction to my state of mind as of the time I decided to be more open about my life experience.
