  • Everything in nature is made up of five elements: air, water, earth, fire, and space… Likewise, we have five energy systems that we can tie to each of them. Everyone has at least one (but likely two or more) of these energy patterns that we pull from in response to stress, trauma, and day to day life.

By knowing our energy systems, we’re able to better understand why specific emotions show through in stressful situations - it allows us to recognize subconscious patterning that we may have otherwise been unaware of. It also enables us to discover useful methods that work to balance that energy in a more positive way.

In this episode, Dr. Keesha and Regan Claire dive deeper into the five energy systems - join them as they explore some of the most powerful healing practices for each of the patterns, so you can find balance and begin to heal from traumatized energy.

  • Healing trauma is not a free pass for all other problems to disappear - it is a major step in the right direction but everyone has their own unique energy patterns that require nurturing in the process.

Generational influence, astrological patterning, human design, genetics, your culture etc. - all of these play a major role in the development of our energy patterns. It’s so important to understand what these energy patterns are and how they work, so we can recognize where to pull from in order to balance our energy in a positive way.

In this episode, Dr. Keesha and Regan Claire take a deep dive into understanding the different energy patterns within the 5 elements - Air, Water, Earth, Fire, & Space. Discover what each of these types look like, how they respond to stressful situations, and the Ennea-types associated with them. Also, be sure to check out the quiz and discover your energy type(s)!

  • Trauma is not physically held in our bodies - instead, it’s tucked away in the memory and emotional centers of the brain. In order to protect ourselves, it becomes a signal for the nervous system to activate whenever a similar situation occurs...

The problem with that is - you will habitually look for it to happen again and when our nervous system is constantly replaying that response, it becomes overactive - eventually leading to a flood of unwanted symptoms, complications, and ultimately disease.

In this week’s episode of Liberating Generations, Dr. Keesha and Regan Claire dive deep into the impact that trauma has on your immune system and why getting to the root of the problem is absolutely imperative for your health.

  • There are two types of expectations... Shared agreements made between people, like exchanging vows on your wedding day or signing a contract - you understand you have a responsibility and you expect something in return from the other person(s) involved.

And then there are implied expectations... For example, a mother expects her grown child to come home for the holidays or a waitress expects to be tipped well for good service - this is more of an unspoken assumption that was never actually "agreed" upon by everyone involved. This type of expectation is yours alone and it’s simply not fair to hold others to it, even when you’re left disappointed.

In this episode, Dr. Keesha and Regan Claire talk about how our expectations play a huge role in our disappointment and the importance of not letting it stop you in your tracks - but to take your experiences and gain the wisdom you need to go from disappointment intolerance to tolerance of disappointment.

  • Gossip is defined as casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true. But it’s important to recognize that there’s an exchange of information in order to better understand life, and then there is comparing yourself to others in order to feel better or worse… And both are centered around the ego.

When gossip hurts - it’s because there is a false sense of self and ego. So, how do we turn that hurt into growth? What can we learn from it? You have to realize that no one’s words can truly harm YOU (only your Ennea type)! Because while it’s not very difficult to decide not to partake in gossip… You can’t always avoid hearing it from those around you.

  • One of the first lessons we learn in life is how to apologize. We learn to say 'I'm sorry’ for things like taking something without permission, or hiding a broken plate…

But the thing we aren't taught is how to forgive.

Forgiveness is so much more than words - it is a healing action, an all-over response to letting go of hurt, betrayal, and trauma. So why is it so hard? Sometimes it feels impossible to forgive- whether we're forgiving others or ourselves. Learning that skill of forgiveness is a process that opens the door to true freedom, liberation, and healing from within.

Join Dr. Keesha and Regan Claire as they explore what it means to truly forgive and why it is so important in your journey of healing from intergenerational trauma.

  • Growing up in a dangerous household can breed challenges many kids and teens should never have to face. At only 9 years old, our guest Brian Vaszily witnessed his father turning towards alcohol and away from his family, creating a home that had no stability but a lot of uncommunicated pain.

Later on in life as he watched his father win the battle against addiction, Brian discovered that the real story is not WHAT substance people may take, but WHY they chose to “self-medicate” in the first place.

Dr. Vaszily took that lesson and ran with it. He has worked closely with many top doctors, researchers, and natural health organizations, trying to figure out how trauma and the toxic burden your body carries can affect your aging process and your skin health.
