Today in my conversation with Taucha Post, certified Yoga Instructor and owner of ADHD Yoga, we talk about how and why it is in fact possible for someone with ADHD to create a mindfulness and or a meditation practice. You'll find out how it benefits your ADHD brain, can increase focus, and improve your self talk and emotional well being.
