Halo Combat Evolved is out for pc with a very quiet release. Death Stranding is making its way to pc very soon and what's up with the leaked Star Wars game? If you can't get enough of Mario Cart and play it on the mobile, you will soon be able to play against you friends and others.
Final Fantasy VII released a demo whitch we have played and will give you all the details. Rainbow Six Siege might go free to play and Riot Games have revealed the name of there latest game, Valoriant. this and more in episode 44 of Midweek Newsreel.

Gameplay from Baldur's Gate 3 is out, a long demo that really shows of the the game and what it can do. The game is very similar to Divinity but seems to stand on it's own legs. Bleeding edge hade a demo out a week or two back. We played it and share our thoughts on the game.
We have also started playing Hunt: Showdown. A pvp and pve game were you and all the other teams are hunting a boss, trying not to get killed by the other teams and then make it to the extraction. A very intense game with high stakes.

Pax East is soon here but many seems to be pulling out. Baldur's Gate 3 will be revealed there and will enter early access later this year. Ghost Recon Breakpoints latest update is getting delayed, the Resident Evil 3 remake will get a demo and is Horizon Zero Dawn on it's way to pc?
Htc have a few new vr headsets out but it all is a bit confusing, EA canceled a Star Wars game last year but are still making two it seems like... hopefully. Microsoft have revealed new features for the new Xbox that CD Project Red are on board with. -

We discuss Blizzards release of Warcraft Reforged, why they did, what they did and the repercussions. We talk about the state of the industry, what last year did and why were so disappointed.
Andreas and William have also played through the entire Dark Souls series together, Bloodborne, Sekiro and Niho. All of these games are in the running for hardest modern games. We discuss our journey through the games, what makes the so great and challenging.

The year of delayed games is continuing with Empire of Sin. The studio Quantic Dream that have made some amazing games is becoming it's own publisher. We now have all the information on the upcoming operators for Siege, they also revealed the road map for the next two years. It will include map reworks, core gameplay reworks, arcade playlist and a lot more. With the PC invasion from Halo were getting new nerf guns as well, in fact three of them. The game Gothic seems to have a remake on the way and Dead by Daylight have revealed a new killer and survivor. This and more in episode 42 of Midweek Newsreel.

Is the year 2020 the best gaming year yet? Big title being dropped at the first half of the year with E3 in the middle and new consoles at the end. With games like Cyberpunk, Last of us, Doom, Final Fantasy VII and a new Half Life this year, what will the other half of the year provide? We only hope E3 will deliver and give us an epic future to look forward to.

CES are in full motion which mean a lot of tech, it seems that the Switch might have competition in the future from Alienware's UFO. The game series Witcher have recently got a TV series, we discuss it and give you our take on it.
Final Fantasy XII is going to get a demo before the release of the game, Valve's Underlords is losing players, a lot of players. Wargroove is getting a huge update and it's free, Blizzard is retiering StarCraft 2 WCS and handing it over to ESL and Dreamhack in it's place. This and more in the first episode of 2020.
