Dave and Ado are back for their new monthly(ish) shite-talk hour! Topics covered this month include Ado's upcoming baby, The Last of Us (major spoilers for season 1 of the show and the first video game - if you wanna skip, the discussion starts around 20:10 and ends around 29:35), the 2023 Academy Award nominees for Best Picture, manspreading (for some reason), and nicknames. Enjoy and let us know what ya think!

For their Christmas special and midseason finale, the lads are joined by a very special guest to find out What Kate Did. Dave and Noel explain Ontario's SmartServe law, Ado tells us his favourite Bible verse, and the lads consider improving the content of the podcast by adding reverb to it.
Featuring the song 'An Easy Life' by NoExit, from the upcoming album We're Here, After All. Check out NoExit here and keep an eye out for the new album soon!
Sorry the ep is a week late - technical difficulties in the edit forced us to delay it.

The lads give our regular cast a break and join the Tailies on a journey through The Other 48 Days. Dave has gold-starred the pandemic, Ado throws shade on Dunnes Stores' rotisserie chickens, and the lads push the merch hard.
Also there were some issues with Dave's audio so it sounds kinda shitty at times and is pretty quiet too. Sorry about that.

The lads went looking for love with Sun and Jin...And Found a pretty mediocre episode of Lost in the process. Dave misnames a Tom Collins and never corrects himself, Ado reveals that he's a job interview hobbyist, and the lads detail their journalistic pasts, of which no actual proof survives.

Everybody Hates Hugo, so the lads take the time to show Hurley some love. Dave reveals he was a victim of the JobBridge scheme, Ado may have gotten someone fired in Italy, and the lads respect Hurley's ma's committment to the bit.

Man of Science, Man of Faith...Man, it's been a long time, but Lost the Plot is back! The lads rejoin Jack and the crew on the Island and everything is just as we left it. Ado's drinking Winnie the Pooh style, Dave threatens to talk about his sunburn, and the lads begin the season on a controversial note. You'll see. It's good to be baaaack!

The boys are back in sound. Join Ado and Dave for some life updates, some podcast updates, and some terrible audio quality on Dave's side, cos dammit, we're rusty, ok?! Sorry. We'll be all tuned up and ready to go for season 2. Join us on 12 October 2022 as we go...BACK TO THE ISLAND.

The lads are joined by Lacy and Ben from rival podcast Lost in my 40s to discuss all things season 1. We talk favourite characters, FMKs, the story of Spacebear Media, and much more! We also announce an upcoming collaborative project with all four of us coming in September.
Here's the Lost ad Dave mentions that aired on Channel 4 in the UK & Ireland.

In an offensively long episode, the lads say goodbye for now to all the survivors and cover the entire two-part (or three-part if you're watching on D****y+) season finale before embarking on an Exodus for the summer. Dave shares his heterodox opinion on a widely-hated theory, Ado comes out in support of the Hurley Bird, and the lads talk awkward handshake-or-hug interactions.
This is our final episode of season one and we'd just like to thank everyone for listening and sticking with us til now. We'll be back later this year but keep an eye on the feed for some bonus eps in the meantime!
(Also, a note on this episode: the internet was a little patchy when we recorded this so Dave's vocal track is a bit garbled at times. It's understandable 99% of the time but still kind of annoying. Sorry about that.)

The lads are hungover and confronting the fact that they're Born to Run from any Kate episode. Dave expresses concern over the misguided social implications of yawning, Ado reveals that his childhood celebrity crush is now a fundamentalist Christian, and the lads introduce a trivia guessing game (sort of).

It's our Paddy's Day special and, despite it being a Sayid episode, the lads decide to get drunk on mic for The Greater Good (the greater good). Ado has a dire warning about the limited scope of manual handling training, Dave gets so trashed that his closing theory makes absolutely no sense, and the lads get another financial plea from a sickly emailer.

A collection of bloopers, outtakes, behind-the-scenes craic, b-sides and rarities, whatever ya wanna call it, it's the lads humbling themselves and showing you just how far editing goes to make this show half-listenable. Enjoy!

The lads do their best to Do No Harm to your ears with yet another Jack episode. Ado has some unsolicited advice on how to get titties onto YouTube, Dave's seeing phalluses in thumbnails, and the lads' mammies have a troubling blindspot about their sons.

The lads begin the episode a little off but thanks to some help from Locke and a Deus Ex Machina of energy, they make it through. Ado hates on an old lady's coat, Dave somehow confuses Van Morrison and Bryan Adams, and a listener email has the lads belatedly mourning the timely loss of Betty White.
