In this weeks episode I talk about the way stress builds up and what we can do about it. Stress for me is formed from the way I view the world through my lens and the way I filter it through my thoughts. Learning to let go was the only real way I got to choose what I wanted to do with my life and who I wanted to become.

I've not made a podcast episode in a couple of months and I wanted to come clean. I've been lacking in purpose and I've just been coasting along trying to figure things out, all whilst drinking alcohol. It's the easiest thing to grab to numb the lack of purpose in life and it's the thing which drastically reduces my chances of getting out and being better. If you struggle with similar issues please do reach out at www.marcus-talks.com
