    Era Sahni is a Senior Director at Meta, leading their Global Channel Partnerships division within Reality Labs across both hardware (e.g. Quest 3, Meta Ray Bans) and Software. Prior to joining Meta, Era led EU operations for SquareTrade, a consumer electronics warranty provider that was bought by All State for $1.4 bn in January 2017. She also received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA/MA in Economics (with distinction) from Cambridge University.
