In this episode, I interview Elma Dzanic —owner of Fina Beauty and Nail Educator, mother of two, and wife to an overly supportive husband ;) —about her journey as a business owner. In this episode I interview my dear friend, philanthropist and incredibly successful accountant, Liz Correa. In addition to her work as an accountant, Liz’s heart for giving has made her an integral part of the local community—she helps countless individuals through her role as Treasurer for the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for the Idaho Hispanic Foundation, and through her work on the Board of Directors for CapEd Credit Union. Greater than all of these notable accomplishments however is her love for her son and her family, and her quiet humility. Liz embodies the values she was raised with and her work ethic, in conjunction with her heritage, has been the driving force of her success. As a self-proclaimed first-generation immigrant to the US, Liz has nothing but pride and appreciation for her roots.

Season 3 | Episode 9 featuring Mindi Anderson
In this episode I interview my new friend, service member and entrepreneur, Dr. Mindi Anderson, who also wears the hat of founder and Executive Director of the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce. While the military has provided Mindi with countless opportunities, she will be transitioning into the civilian world after her retirement ceremony on June 3rd. The military brought Mindi and her husband together, took them through several duty stations throughout the US and ultimately helped them to decide on Idaho as their home. After transitioning from active duty to the guard, Mindi began her own business as a way to prepare for retirement pursuing what she really wanted to do once she grew up—Mindi capitalized on her strengths in consulting and coaching to launch Maximize Solutions. Through her work with emotional intelligence, Mindi quickly found her next area of opportunity and founded the Idaho Chapter of the Veterans Chamber of Commerce—bridging the gap between a community she loved and an identity that is at the core of who she is. Through her focus on self-belonging, Mindi has made meaningful connections for herself as well as countless service members, their families, and anyone she meets, paying forward the same kindness that has been extended to her throughout her life.

In this episode I interview my new friend and organizational goddess, Heather Bifulco, the founder of
Tidy Style who became a business owner out of a need to find a career that worked around her most
important title—Mom. With an already established and thriving career in Marketing and Advertising,
Heather quickly realized that the frantic pace and lifestyle she and her husband had developed in their
careers was simply unsustainable once they had their first child. A reluctantly self-proclaimed control
freak, Heather channeled her need to be busy into creative outlets while staying at home with her first
child. Shortly after she channeled her time and energy into raising two children under two; when she
found the time freedom to return to the workforce, she realized she was looking for a career that didn’t
