  • In this episode, I interview Erica —a self-made entrepreneur, owner of a successful digital marketing agency, mother, and mentor to young women— about her remarkable journey in the business world and her dedication to empowering others. Faced with the challenge of unexpected motherhood, Erica vowed to defy the statistics of high school pregnancies, using her daughter as her driving force to excel and achieve her dreams. Dissatisfied with how corporations overlooked family life, Erica ventured into freelance work, ultimately establishing her own digital marketing agency. A pivotal moment came when she partnered with an NFL player, which significantly boosted her business. Today, her agency boasts a team of 10 employees and over 100 clients. Erica shares her journey to six-figure success, her transition from the hustle culture, and her passion for mentoring young women to scale their businesses, achieving both time and financial freedom. In this episode I interview my new friend, service member and entrepreneur, Dr. Mindi Anderson, who also wears the hat of founder and Executive Director of the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce. While the military has provided Mindi with countless opportunities, she will be transitioning into the civilian world after her retirement ceremony on June 3rd. • In this episode I interview my new friend and organizational goddess, Heather Bifulco, the founder of
Tidy Style who became a business owner out of a need to find a career that worked around her most
important title—Mom. With an already established and thriving career in Marketing and Advertising,
Heather quickly realized that the frantic pace and lifestyle she and her husband had developed in their
careers was simply unsustainable once they had their first child. A reluctantly self-proclaimed control
freak, Heather channeled her need to be busy into creative outlets while staying at home with her first
child. Shortly after she channeled her time and energy into raising two children under two; when she
found the time freedom to return to the workforce, she realized she was looking for a career that didn’t
exist. So, she created it. Through Tidy Style, Heather has created a career that provides other mothers
with the same opportunities she was seeking –flexibility, fulfillment, and an opportunity to be
intentional and present in your work life and home life.

Listen to our interview, of the importance of your children seeing you show up for yourself –with pride
and confidence—of allowing them to see the hard work and struggle required to achieve your goals, of
being intentional and fully present in whatever moment you’re in. If you’ve ever had the nudge to be an
entrepreneur but never thought you could take on the associated risks, Heather proves that there are
different approaches to starting your own business that are both successful and that reflect your
personality. This episode will leave you with valuable insight on how to launch and grow a successful
business that allows you to find your niche and pay it forward to others.

  • In this episode I interview my new friend, Andrea Sorenson, an accidental entrepreneur turned founder
and CEO of the wildly successful technology company Liiingo, who shares her story with poignant
honesty about the trials that ultimately shaped her triumphs . As a working mother, Andrea addresses
the beauty in the unexpected of a small family—the gift of being able to intentionally pour into her son
as well as her career to leave a legacy of impact. Andrea’s seemingly eclectic work experience led her to
solve the problem at the core of business and customer engagement; what even she saw as a sporadic
series of careers led her to create a technology that seamlessly blends all of her knowledge into the
perfect niche to ease business and customer interfaces and establish authentic community . If you have
ever found yourself in a place of envying someone’s ‘overnight’ success, listen to Andrea’s candid
conversation about the many times she had to choose the harder route and stay present in her
discomfort to achieve her hard fought, and earned success .
Listen to our brave interview, of sharing the hard and hidden parts of our story—the parts that should
break us but instead shape us, of being told no when you long for a yes, of pivoting when you already
had your course set . Andrea reflects on the importance of being present for your children, even if they
choose to open up when you’re longing to call it a day, in order to build a lasting relationship. Andrea
will likely leave you in tears with her authenticity and sincere championing of successful women and the
stories that built them, of her desire to leave an impact and a legacy, of her passion for motherhood and
    helping others.
