It's The Becs Williams we hear when we watch the World Rally Championship. She brings her vast knowledge and experience to give us the very best coverage of the sport we know and love but WRC is not the only item on a rather long CV. Becs is experienced in all types of broadcasting including Rugby and Touring cars and it is quite a surprise that her career lead to Motorsport at all!

"Living life on 2 & 4 wheels" is Chloe's bio on her social media and it's true that Chloe's life is Motorsport through and through. But, what stood out for me in her interview was her fantastic attitude of "why not" and she's up for giving anything in Motorsport a try. Chloe works for MSUK, competes and thrives in a Motorsport environment and enjoys being herself in it. Listen up and enjoy! x

Aged only 22, Tiegen has taken on the mammoth task of making Rallying accessible for young people. Having recently founded the Crew25 Championship, she aims to try to make Motorsport more affordable and provide much needed support to newcomers. Tiegen has also been a Scrutineer from the age of only 16 (Her Mum had to drive her to events!) completed an Engineering Degree and is now working in a carbon composites company - living and breathing Motorsport could be an understatement! What Tiegen is taking on is no easy task but it's great to hear her enthusiasm and determination. Listen up to find out more! Enjoy x

Nicky Grist is a Welsh former rally co-driver. His factory team career in the World Rally Championship lasted from 1993 to 2002. He won 21 rallies with a number of drivers including Colin McRae. Grist's first WRC win was in the Rally Argentina in 1993 with Juha Kankkunen, who at that time was a three times WRC champion.
The audio was taken from my interview with Nicky for the BBC feature on how Wales Rally GB has been affected by Covid 19. We discuss this topic, about the near miss of the title for Elfyn Evans, women in Motorsport (sorry I do get a date wrong!) and we discuss what needs to be done in Rallying! Leave a review and get in touch @jadepaveleymotorsport ! Enjoy x

"Believe in yourself and fight". That is what Louise Aitken-Walker did and she conquered. Louise was the first woman to win a National Rally outright, survived a horrific crash in Portugal and became the first, ever British driver to win a world title – FIA Ladies World Rally Champion. It was a brilliant and inspiring interview - especially if you're a woman in Motorsport! Listen up and enjoy x

Racing from the age of 11, Laura has moved up through the ranks and has competed in every major championship in karting. Laura is the first British female driver to ever qualify and compete in the official FIA World Karting Championships at the highest level, and with this and many other great achievements Laura was picked up by two major karting manufacturers to become one of very few drivers to be chosen as a supported works driver.
It was a real pleasure interviewing Laura and we were very much on the same page for a lot of things. Enjoy listening.

Former Racing driver turned presenter, Mike Chen, shares his story of how it all happened. Of course being a Red Bull presenter doesn't just include talking to a camera but also getting thrown out of a plane and even competing in Wales Rally GB himself. Mike even gives us his predictions for the World Rally Championship.
Enjoy!

Head of the Williams Heritage (F1 Collection) and son of the legendary Sir Frank Williams, Jonathan is witty, humorous and extremely passionate about his role. Jonathan was a real delight to speak to. You would be very hard pushed to find anyone else who knows their stuff more than Jonathan. PR. Essential in today's fast paced world where everyone is accessible. It takes a unique person to tackle this role in Motorsport and from first hand experience, I know there is no one better person in this field than Emma Bearpark. Her vast experience includes working in the World Endurance Championship, Formula 1, Formula E. Emma has worked personally for Jenson Button; she has been an integral part of the (then) Super Aguri F1 team and has also worked with Brendon Hartley, Alexander Rossi and Takuma Sato. Listen to a side of Motorsport you may not know much about. We talk about "keeping discreet and professional", the challenges of the role, advice in how to get there and how there is so much "passion behind whole family (in Motorsport) they become an extension of your own". Enjoy!

She was a pleasure to talk to and I am sure you'll find her story and experiences very interesting!

An insight into the world of F1 through the eyes of one of the top brains of the operation. Paul, who is extremely down to earth, shares his amazing experiences - from the day he walked into McLaren F1 to winning championships and learning to speak the drivers "language". In the past, he's had chairs thrown at him (by a certain Spaniard) but with his calm and methodical approach, you can easily see how teams he has been a key part of have won not only races but world championships.
Enjoy!

Working with his Dad on a Peugeot Rally car in the garage and helping out on events at just 8 years old is where it started for Phil. He made his own luck, seized opportunities that took him to 25 WRC events spread across every continent and there is still more to come. This interview gets really in depth about what it's like to be a Co-Driver in detail - from pens running out mid stage, to ending up upside down in snow banks, Phil tells us all. Enjoy! (He never took a half used pen into a stage again!)

His story started as a young boy in a remote town in Mid Wales, skidding around in whatever he could get he hands on. He grew up to be a professional Rally Champion and drove for multiple manufacturers. He is now coaching his son - Elfyn Evans - who followed in his footsteps competing at the top level in WRC. A truly likeable gentleman (although be warned some words used may not be suitable for young ears!) who was very generous in giving me so much time and the opportunity to interview him. You will enjoy.
