Out There Screaming is an anthology of Black horror that we seriously could not put down. You know we love a short story and this week we start with ones from NK Jemisin, Rebecca Roanhorse and Cadwell Turnbull. So tune in, and definitely check out this book!! This week Suzanne and Presley are talking "Seed and Supernatural Curses"...this book by Ania Ahlborn might come in a small package but it contains an intense story. The tale is of Jack, who is living his nuclear family life, father of 2 girls when one starts exhibiting some all too familiar traits. Jack has to face a deep dark secret from the post and in doing so many have to uncover things he'd rather leave buried. Speaking of cursed haunted families the girls talk about the story of The Bell Witch, the ghost of old Kate who plagued the Bell family and is one of the most well documented hauntings in America.
