First guest episode with the charming Jess Fry. After a long day in grey London I sat down to record and experienced the ray of sunshine that is Jess - and she really opened my eyes to loving your body being the same as respecting it.
Jess Fry is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Body Image Coach and Educator. She became passionate about helping women heal their relationships with food and improve body image after doing the work herself. Since discovering confidence and acceptance in her plus-size body, Jess utilizes the very tools that helped her, and empowers women to recognize their worth at every size so they can confidently approach life with unapologetic authenticity.

Alex Okell is a London-based reproductive health nutritionist with experience in research, private practice and digital media. You may know her as the founder of Be The Collective LTD (The PCOS Collective & The Endo Collective).
She holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from King’s College London and has co-authored papers with the University of Cambridge, King’s College London, The Food Foundation and the Food Standards Agency. She is the author of Eating Intuitively for PCOS and she is passionate about creating evidence-based, non-diet, gender-neutral nutrition and wellbeing content. Alex offers 1:1 PCOS support via her virtual PCOS clinic.
