Since I moved to a new city I have been thinking a lot about courage in daily life, specifically what it means to be courages in the context of speech as well as interpersonal communication and how moments of confrontation of each kind can help with it.
So, in this episode I will share my thoughts about “The Courage to Speak”.
I will take a deep look at this serverely underrated topic from the lens of my own perspective. And since this is my opinion, everything I say in this episode is meant to be challenged and criticised on an intellectual level.I want to share some of my experiences in what it means to be speaking courageously and the risks/consequences of not speaking out what you believe to be true deep inside.
I'll share why I think that this learnable skill is/will be one of the most important ones to master - not only on a personal level but also within teams and finally on a societal level in the face of potential censorship. Because there are certain risks if one is incapable of .
I will go into each of the following aspects and share my experiences with them as well as the necessary character traits and skills that I think are needed to advance in each one. As always I appreciate your willingness to allocating your time to this Podcast and would love to hear your feedback and experiences with this topic. Enjoy!TOPICS

It's been a while since I last uploaded.
So, in this episode I just briefly share my state of mind over the last few months, how I deal with personal adversity, when I am not functioning on my usual level and the challenges/fears that come with authentically sharing my personal thoughts online.
Additionally, I talk about a recent lesson in not taking myself so seriously and why I want to focus more on authenticity than perfection, even if that means to share unglamorous things that I feel hesitant to post online. This one is raw, honest, uncomfortable and intentionally not perfect, because that’s what I need more of.
Thanks for listening, enjoy!Follow ▶️

In today’s episode I sat down with Lana Pham, a former Cooperate Communications Manager who worked for a major media cooperation in Australia. She recently quit her job to travel the world & I am very happy that we could have this discussion.
We touched on her childhood experiences of growing up in an immigrant family, why it’s so important to resist societal pressure as well as family expectations & doing it anyway.
She shares her insights to the challenges of „making it“ in the cooperate world & the heavy price one has pay to climb the career ladder. In all honesty Lana explains why she made the unconventional choice of quitting her successful career in media & why making a clear decision will pay off long term.

Hello and welcome to the very first episode of my new Podcast "Path of Variety".
This will be an introduction episode in which I briefly share my reasons for starting this Podcast and what my aim is for the near future.
It all started with a note on my phone and a question that I asked myself:
What is the right path? This question and the quest to find a satisfying answer not only inspired the name but also the general theme that I envision for this Podcast.
I'd appriciate honest feedback! Enjoy!Follow ▶️
