In the episode 8 we're honoured to announce an amazing guest: Igor Jukic, an icon in Croatian Sport panorama. Now director of performance at CSKA Moscow, his experience in various disciplines took him to Deportivo Alaves in the Spanish league, and Baskonia, a top Euroleague basketball team, just to make two examples. He's member of ELPA, and has been relators in numerous sport congresses around the world.

In the episode 7 we're honoured to announce an amazing guest: Elena Araldi, M.Sc, PhD, Biologist and Nutritionist. Elena is a Milan based biologist with a PhD in molecular medicine. She works in sports nutrition, especially with endurance athletes, being herself for first a marathoner. From 2020 she's also part of ASICS Front Runner Team Italia. Enjoy it!

In the episode 6 we're honoured to announce an amazing guest: Dr. Julio Calleja-González, Professor in Sports Training. Julio Calleja-González Ph.D., is a Chair Professor in sports training at University of the Basque Country (Spain). As an international lecturer in more than 30 countries, he is one of the most recognized specialists in sports recovery. Currently, he works for the Spanish Olympic Committee and is also the personal performance scientist of Serge Ibaka (NBA Champion, 2019). He was a member of staff at the NBA global game in South Africa 2017. Former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Dominincan basketball national team and spanish national teams: u-16,u-18, u-20, u-22. Former Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Tenerife basketball tema ACB. Julio wrote more than 200 scientific articles, 54 book chapters, and 7 books about training methods, recoveries, tapering, testing, training load control, and overtraining. He is a member of the European College of Sports Sciences (ECSS), and founder/member of the Executive Board of the European Physical Conditioning Association (EPCA). Enjoy it!

In the 4 episode we're honoured to announce an amazing host: Francesc Morera Cos, Manchester City. Francesc Cos is an international level sport scientists and strength coach. His experiences start in FC Barcelona, where he headed up strength ans conditioning from 2004 to 2016. He's also professor at University of Barcelona since 1993. Before start working in Manchester City this year, he has also been director of performance in New York City Fc from 2018-2020. Enjoy it!

We are excited to announce the new PerformanceLab Podcast, in collaboration with one of the Icon of our field, Francesco Cuzzolin.
Why the "Quest?" Because the word, as you know, means "a long or arduous search for something".. our goal is excellence, and we will look for it during the next episodes with the help of high level hosts.
The first, international, host of the podcast is Marco Altini, founder of HRV4Training and one of the most expert in the field of HRV monitoring. The discussion moves around the reliability of HRV and his utility in monitoring high level athletes.
