Internal boundaries help us define ourselves to ourselves. They help us know what we like, don't like, how we feel, what we believe, our emotions, our spiritual sense. When we can clearly take responsibility for our internal physical, emotional, and mental experience, we can navigate the world easier. DON'T PANIC. We don't have this all figured out, either.
