**SMASH** **BREAKS GLASS** Well folks, here we are with another emergency pod, reviewing another one of Heather Henson's Handmade Puppet Dreams films. This time we opted to forgo spinning the wheel to just go ahead and watch a film suggested to us by a friend over on the discord! (shout out to L_Troemel!) For the uninitiated, Handmade Puppet Dreams is a series of short films produced by Heather Henson and her puppet company Ibex Puppetry. Founded in 2004, Handmade puppet dreams has provided the means and exposure for smaller puppet artists to create some truly unique films straight out of their own imaginations. This week the boys will be watching a found object puppet piece based on a Japanese Shinto story called Amaterasu. This one is really special, with beautiful found objects telling a classic mythological story of feuding gods. We hope you enjoy the unique short film from Handmade Puppet Dreams!

Don't you just love it when you are searching through the endlessly growing maze of streaming titles and stumble upon a puppet movie you've never even heard of before? We here at Puppet Masters of None sure do! This week Ben was fortunate enough to discover the Australian movie, Judy and Punch. Not only does this movie feature some pretty interesting marionettes, but it is a live action telling of the Punch and Judy puppet shows with a refreshing twist. From sausages to crocodiles to babies being thrown out windows, Judy and Punch has everything you would expect if you listened to our puppet history episode of these classic characters. We won't spoil the ending here, but check out our review and go and watch this deliciously dark comedy for yourselves!

Love is in the air! This week on PMoN, the boys go back to the Muppet roots with the first Muppet Show pilot episode, The Muppets Valentine Show! For those counting this is ANOTHER pilot separate from the Sex and Violence pilot they discussed in episode 43. This silly holiday romp guest stars the incomparable Mia Farrow, and features some great moments from lesser known characters like Mildred Huxtetter, Crazy Harry ne Crazy Donald, and our big blue loveable friend Thog! **SMASH** **BREAKS GLASS** Well folks, while we promised some puppet history on Chinese dancing dragon puppets, unfortunately, life got in the way. (Now that Ben has a baby, we expect that to happen A LOT.) Since we didn't have time to do proper research, and we want to make sure to do Chinese Puppetry justice, we decided to save puppet history for another time and create a break-glass-in-case-of-emergency pod. To that end we created a brand-new wheel: the Handmade Puppet Dreams wheel! For the uninitiated, Handmade Puppet Dreams is a series of short films produced by Heather Henson and her puppet company Ibex Puppetry. Founded in 2004, Handmade puppet dreams has provided the means and exposure for smaller puppet artists to create some truly unique films straight out of their own imaginations. From time-to-time Will and Ben will spin this wheel and pick a short film to watch and review when life gets a little too hectic and we need to condense our usual several hours of pod prep into about 20 minutes. This week the wheel has landed on a fun little film full of love and space called Cosmic Fling. We hope you enjoy the first short film from the Handmade Puppet Dreams Wheel!

It's election season! Do you know who you're voting for??? Well, we here at PMoN are never disappointed with politicians because we have such a deep love and admirations for puppets everywhere! Sorry, bad joke. But this election season we choose puppets every time with our review of D.C. Follies! This short-lived political satire show from the 1980's featured caricature puppets of some of the country's most powerful politicians and celebrities, and boy is it...something. As another edition of Ben and Will watch for the first time, this is quite an interesting one. Will this topical sketch comedy series win the popular vote, or will its cutting-edge humor from the year Ben was born crash and burn in the electoral college? You'll just have to listen to find out. It's officially Spoooooky season, and you all know what that means; spooky puppets on PMoN! For this year's first monstrous puppet film, the boys sit down with a truly terrifying film, Ernest, Scared Stupid! In this 90's classic, legendary comedian, Jim Varney, bring his classic redneck character, Ernest P Worrell, to the horror genre with a frightening romp for the whole family. (or at least the 10 year old boys in the family.) Can Ernest stop Trantor the Troll from stealing the children of Briarville before an army of killer clowns from outer space...eh em.... I mean grotesque trolls take over the world? Is this movie funny to anyone who does not appreciate the subtle art of the fart joke? Where does it fall on the newly resurrected spooky scale?
