    Larry is a partner at Saltz, Mongeluzzi & Bendesky, P.C. and chairs the firm’s Mass Tort and Toxic Tort Departments. His practice involves toxic and mass torts, including asbestos, PFAS, paraquat, talc, benzene, lead Camp LeJeune, chemicals and other dangerous products, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical device liability, including defective hip implants, vaccine-related injuries, product liability, class action, FELA, and other complex personal injury matters.

    Larry is an accomplished leader with a significant legal career, particularly in complex cases. He has played a key role in establishing new legal precedents at trial and appellate court levels in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Notably, Larry served as Plaintiffs’ Lead Counsel for the multidistrict litigation (MDL) related to the "human tissue" scandal and was part of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Morcellator MDL in Kansas City.

    Larry is on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the MDL titled "IN RE: Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability Litigation." He is also co-chair for the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees’ Public Water Provider Sub Committee. Larry's extensive experience includes representing steelworkers and victims of benzene exposure and handling toxic tort and environmental claims against major chemical producers.

    He has served on the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association boards and completed his term as president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Larry has achieved multimillion-dollar jury verdicts in toxic tort and medical malpractice cases, including groundbreaking verdicts in asbestos cases and representing victims of defective medical devices. Additionally, he represents victims of rare vaccine injuries before the United States Federal Claims Court and serves as co-chair of the American Association for Justice Vaccine Litigation Group. Larry has also advocated for children injured by lead poisoning in collaboration with the Pennsylvania legislature.
