Just months after running her first marathon, Kim Abel was stricken with the rare neurological Guillain-Barre syndrome. In a week's time, she was unable to move and admitted to the hospital. After treatment for the disease, she had to learn how to move her body and walk again. She shares her inspiring story of recovery and talks about her goals for the future, including training for the 2016 Chicago Marathon.

Liz is joined by Kit Mowdy of the Mowdy Ranch Mustang Trail Run. The Mowdy Ranch Mustang Run is June 11, 2016 near Coalgate, Oklahoma. This race is held on the stunning grounds of a wild mustang horse ecosanctuary. This year, runners can chose from distances from 5k all the way up to 50k. Kit talks about how and why they started the race and the planning and preparation that goes into this trail run. Liz also shares a little about her experience at the run last year.
