While Nikki was scared of ruining her and Monarey's friendship, Monarey was worried about having to live in her car. It takes two to communicate and maintain a healthy friendship. Especially when you have had a toxic friend in the past. The pain and scars from past friendships can create a sort of PTSD. Which leads us to project and influence our perception of current friendships without us knowing it. These triggers, fears, and lack trust of trust can create paranoia towards someone who is innocent and has your best interest at heart.

When toxic pasts slide your DM's and platonic friends have ulterior motives, it's time to pull out the big guns. Not to mention, hot girls that are mean to lesser women. Why? Bitch you already have it all, we're just trying to survive over here. Sometimes we have to dabble into our old habits in order to tackle these beast and teach a few lessons.
-
Who knew that so much could happen in just a week. Falling in love, falling out of love, or just straight falling. Sometimes we can't tell if it's out toxic traits blocking us from a good relationship or if it's the relationship itself creating the toxic pattern.

So we are trying our best to suppress our toxic habits not runaway.
-

While Nikki's love language was how many tears he shed, Monarey's was being thrown through a wall. But goddamn was she resilient. Breaking through hurting people or being hurt is hard work. And today we are talking about recognizing and getting out of these patterns. Biggest take away, if you are too scared to tell your friends about your boyfriend or girlfriend, that's a red flag. Get out. And if you're hurting people to feel loved? That ain't so healthy either.

Monarey's ex and comedian, Matty Chymbor, is here! And it's a wild ride. Monarey dated him before she was healed or even aware of her trauma. He was no saint either. These two discuss and laugh at the good, the bad, and the ugly about their past relationship. They're a good example of forgiveness and that you can be friends with your ex's. Even if you were cray cray.
