  • Laura Thomas is a Registered Dietitian with more than 30 years of experience in child nutrition programs and training. Her child nutrition and training expertise appears in resources developed for Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) of USDA and the Institute of Child Nutrition (ICN). Her work includes school nutrition standardized recipes, cycle menus, nutrition reviews.
