The premise of this podcast is to have real life, grounded chats that weave story and personal experiences with golden wisdom offering growth and expansion.
In this episode, I chat to Monique Peters, a long standing client who generously shares her various phases of growth that she has traversed throughout the last 8 years. These include issues around health, career, relationships, conception and more recently the path to aligning with her truth. I know many of you will relate to this.
Sharing and listening to others' experiences allows us to feel connected. If you are a client and feel called to chat with me about your growth on the podcast, please reach out.

This episode addresses where many of us are currently at: A pivot point, where letting go of past versions of ourselves is not just possible but, necessary for our evolution. This takes immense courage and intentionality.
Today, we hear from two beautiful humans, Mary & Jess who have embraced the nature of the death and rebirth process, despite its challenges. This chat is aimed to normalise the discomfort of growth, through discussing real life examples and experiences. After all, growth is the purpose of life.

"How can Metaphor be used to change, deepen understanding and creating new narratives?"
Beth and I dive into a fluid discussion around our use of metaphor to anchor the meaning of our experiences.
I explain how it is used in kinesiology sessions with clients, and how it transcends the mind to support safety in healing.

Prompted by a recent social media post, I was called to delve deeper into the concept of our senses and consciousness. This is my take on the connections and the importance of our senses as a gateway of coming home to self, via both the science and the spiritual.

This solo episode answers a community question about Kinesiology as a support tool for healing. Is it something that is required to do on-going? I discuss the concept of scaffolded support and how that might look, given we are all so different with our needs. Once again, it comes back to autonomy around our unique requirements as we navigate our lives. And how worthy you are of acknowledging and claiming this. Thank you for being here.

Rachel James is a heart-led human with a gentleness that is palpable in the way she shares her story and her ensuing wisdom. In this tender chat, Rachel and I explore 'loving self' and the necessity of that in finding safety in self and the world. I know you will relate to this vulnerable dance of loathing and loving, as it is inescapable as a human being with a nervous system that orients towards both danger and safety in navigating survival. Rachel shares her tips around listening to inner cues, compassionate self-talk, and forgiving and loving the younger versions of self. Enjoy this chat full of heart.

Diversity is everywhere in nature, so why isn't there more acceptance around the diversity of our neurology? Our brains are wired to survive, and for a multitude of reasons, some of these adaptations don't fit into the mould. So what is more important, masking to fit the mould, or addressing the gifts of diversity in our neurological adaptations?
I explore these concepts and more in this solo episode, as a sequel to the Unmasking episode with Lauren. Keep in mind that there are just as many ways to explore and discuss neurodiversity as there are ways it is expressed in humans. The unique path we all walk through our adaptations, ultimately guides us home. Therefore, no one's path, opinion, viewpoint can be judged.
May this chat ignite some stirrings and expand awareness around difference being normal.
Thank you for your presence.

Lauren Monaghan joins us to discuss the role of 'masking' in the lexicon on Neurodiversity. After being formally diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Lauren was able to make sense of her social and behavioural accommodations, and begin her unmasking journey. She now embraces the way her brain functions and sees her neurodivergence as a liberator to her true expression. Lauren shares her story from childhood to adulthood, navigating difference in a neurotypical world. She is a successful Doctor of Chinese Medicine and utilises her ability to work with the subtle energies powerfully with her patients.
