There's nothing like growing up in a relationship that you've outgrown. Getting in a committed relationship at an early age gave my guest Natasha a dose of what it's like to be married. But was it real love? Spending years in a relationship where she felt trapped and plagued by the pressures of not being able to leave she dealt with narcissistic behaviors, suicidal ideations and recognizing that she has more to offer. It's a very honest conversation and I learned a lot and appreciate everything Natasha had to share. Tune in and listen! XO

This week we welcomed author and fellow podcaster Mick Smith. He shares details from his new book, Burning America: In the Best Interest of the Children? The novel was inspired by similar experiences but also from the experiences many men face when dealing with a child custody case. Mick highlights different parts of his book as we discuss the battle that can take place when a child is taken from the other parent. We went over a lot and there's still so much more information Mick shares in his newest novel. Make sure to check it out and don't forget to grab a copy!

Pretty sure you have a ton of great guesses. I contemplated putting the details in the title because here I am getting uncomfortable and trying to save us all from the way it makes us feel. STIs and specifically HSV, or as we all know it as herpes can be an awkward topic to bring up. My guest shares her experience with contacting HSV and how she dealt with it and all the stigma that comes with it. I learned so much in this conversation and think it's a topic we need to explore and learn to ask more questions about. Do you agree? Tune in and let me know what you think! XO

As we officially head into these warmer months, I know I'm ready for the romances that bloom and create their own summer heat. I sat down with my guest Katie and dove into her dreamy romance one Aspen summer. Let me tell you, having this talk was everything I needed and didn't even know it! The ambiance, the warmth of good people and the sexual chemistry makes this summer romance one to remember. Who else is ready for summer? XO

If you tuned into our first episode you may have gotten to hear some of this story. Laura got into a serious relationship at a really young age and fell into a pattern of dating narcissists who never put her first and allowed her to believe that this is what a relationship should be. There was a lot of soul searching and recognizing that she had to unlearn a lot of things. It's been a journey of self love, relearning, growing and creating a relationship she is proud of. It was such a great conversation and I can't wait for you to hear it! XO

Not knowing where things were going with the world, one thing was for certain Kelly was in love. Tune in to hear this sweet love story! XO

I am so excited to share this week's episode! Great conversation about a topic many of us don't talk enough about. I was joined by author, psychotherapist, and relationship coach Christie Bemis who shared her own personal experience with learning to reconnect with her body. I asked all the uncomfortable questions and learned so much! We discussed the shame that comes with pleasuring ourselves, a starter kit to self pleasure and all the emotions that go with exploring and prioritizing ourselves and our bodies. I am so grateful to be able share some of Christie's work with putting pleasure first and reigniting the passion within ourselves. Tune in for all the stimulating details! XO
