Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Today, we’re talking about self-love. It’s a term that gets thrown around a lot, but what does it really mean? And is it selfish to focus on loving yourself? If you’ve ever wrestled with these questions, this episode is for you.
Here’s the truth: self-love isn’t selfish. In fact, it’s a biblical principle. Jesus said, “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31). How can we extend love to others if we don’t first know how to love ourselves? Stick with me as we unpack what self-love is, how it’s rooted in God’s love, and practical tips to develop it in your life.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
As we wrap up the first month of the year, I want to ask you a question: What does your faith look like right now? Have you thought about your faith journey in the past year?
Did you have faith goals that maybe didn’t turn out the way you hoped? Or perhaps you’re in a place where you’re wondering how to grow closer to God in this next season.
Today, we’re going to talk about how to develop your faith in this new year. Faith isn’t about striving or earning God’s love—it’s about accepting the free gift of salvation through Jesus and learning to trust Him more deeply each day.
If you’re ready for some practical, down-to-earth tips, let’s get into it!
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
On the podcast this month, I’m focusing on building social connections, which can be such a healing part of our journey. But let’s be real: not every interaction is easy or comfortable, right?
Some people can come across as unfriendly – and dealing with that can be challenging, especially when you’re already dealing with your own stuff.
But here’s the thing: learning to relate to all kinds of people, including the ones who aren’t the most welcoming, is part of life. And as Christian women, we’re called to walk this path with compassion, wisdom, and grace.
In today’s episode, we’re going to talk about 5 practical tips for dealing with unfriendly people. I’ll also share some examples and encouragement to help you show up in these situations with confidence and love.
I hope this episode blesses and inspires you.

Hey, Sister-friend 👋🏽
Today we begin to explore the concept of the inner child, which is one of my favorite topics.
We’ll define who the inner child is and talk about the benefits of getting to know your inner child and why letting them show up as they are essential to healing your trauma.
This is an important topic because, for many women, the inner child has been suppressed, dismissed or denied. When this happens, it affects how you show up in your adult life. You need to have a healthy inner child experience to have a healthy adult life.
I’ll share some examples of how I got to know and embrace my inner child. I will share some practical exercises in Episode 28 that you can use to get to know your inner child.
I hope this episode supports you.

And today, we’re going to unpack why belonging matters, how community helps us heal, and 5 practical tips to help you foster a sense of belonging in your life.

Happy New Yew!
The new year can bring so many hopes and goals, but also the desire to hear from God more clearly so we make decisions aligned with his will.
Hearing God’s voice isn’t about being a spiritual superhero or checking off a religious to-do list—it’s about growing in connection with our Heavenly Father, learning to trust Him, and walking in His purpose for our lives.
We’ll talk more about that today.
