Theresa (T) has taken a lot of major courageous leaps in the past few years for herself, and we dive into how she made those choices, how she overcame the fear of the unknown, and WHAT those leaps were. Of course, we couldn't chat with her without stirring the pot on what Culinary school was like and where it's helped lead her today.

  • This week on Shame On Us Podcast we are saying goodbye to 2021 and hello to a new year with some New Years resolutions! We're carrying less shame into 2022- that's for sure. In this episode, we reflect on the past year and all of the shame that went into it.   • YOU WERE IN A CULT?!? This week on Shame On Us Podcast we sit down with Abby Conde! In a vulnerable and extremely intriguing episode, Abby walks us through the before, during and after stages of being in a very religious cult. We chat about why people join cults, how you get hooked and how people treat you when you leave. She dives into what it's like dating someone in and after a cult. Abby shares stories from her past that will completely boggle your mind (ever see an exorcism? Several times?).

Andre Fooks joins us for a fun and interesting conversation about the world renown South Korean boy band BTS and the die hard fans (Army) that dedicate their lives to the incredible music and amazing men behind BTS. After receiving some BTS Twitter fame, Andre has grown to love and understand what it means to be a true BTS fan. Bryce and sam listen as Andre explains the community and meaning behind the appreciation of BTS music. Should you be ashamed of being a super fan? If it's BTS, absolutely not.

  • Philadelphia's favorite foodie entrepreneur and fitness inspiration Carly Foglia (@carlyfoglia) joins us for an amazing episode of Shame On Us Podcast! Carly wants to bring realism into the health world. She has received her bachelors and masters' degrees in Nutrition and is working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian. She shares her story of losing 190 pounds and is very open about the insecurities she still faces regarding body image. After trying every fad diet in the book, she is the first one to say that these quick fixes are not the answer and encourages nutrition education. Why isn't nutrition a class in school? We discuss how easy is is to get caught up in a disordered eating pattern and how so many people are not alone in this. Also, Carly gives us insight into how her meal prep business, that she runs through Instagram, started. She delivers delicious meals all over the Philly area and South Jersey. An inspiration and a business woman? You'll wanna hear this interview.

    Bryce and Sam are the first ones to say that they are not at all qualified to discuss anything about this topic. They do share their own experiences with body image, discuss Lizzo's juice cleanse controversy and share what they have learned about health over time.

  • 5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEAR...well almost. Hello, we did it. We made it through the most shameful year of our lives. In an episode with just Bryce and Sam, we reflect on the year we will tell our grandkids about one day. We compare 2020 to the worst drinks. We discuss the expectations we had for the year and how those were certainly not met. Don't worry, in an effort to not be completely depressing, we talk about the silver linings of the year of terror as well. We of course share our Walk of Shames for 2020 and we share YOUR 2020 Walk of Shames. You naughty, naughty people! We end with a cheers to 2021! YouTube sensation Lindsay Murray (@lmurra2180) joins us to chat about her life as a College Vlogger.
