Vet tech Deb Glottman and veterinarian Connie Riggs had a long history of working together — and a strong desire to help companion animals get the vet care they need, even after their people have hit hard times. Thanksgiving marked our 10th "Gotcha Day" with Vesper, and in January, he'll theoretically be 14. It took a while to bond with him -- in large part because he has 3 distinct personalities that turn on and off without warning -- but we wouldn't trade our reactive Mr CrankyPants for anything in the world.
