Nathan Bottles and Luke Hartge have brought another electric episode to the great fans of the Skating the River Podcast! They recap the last weekend against the Hudson Havoc, before looking ahead to not only the upcoming weekend series against the Dells Ducks but also the massive series with the Minnesota Moose next Tuesday and Wednesday Night. Nate and Luke continue the Fillmore Food Review segments and talk about another phenomenal week of food. They also tell some stories about every player's worst nightmare, the bag skate. The boys bring in one of the most interesting guests to date, this is a man that has "played" pro hockey, was in the Navy, is an advisor for Rule 1 Sports, and our assistant coach, Jack Winger. Be sure to stick around for another Don't Say Uh or Uhm segment as we hear some incredible stories and answers, and of course a little surprise which is a first on the podcast! The boys finish the episode off introducing next week's guest, he is one of everybody's favorite players, by far the toughest kid in Rapids, and feared nationwide Mr. Max Gracer!!

The boys managed to drag in one of the most interesting people in Wisconsin Rapids. A spectacular interview with Max Moore, leaving him with a strong chance of making the cut for the Skating The River Podcast All-Star Lineup. In this episode the boys talk about the previous weekend against the Hudson Havoc and look ahead to the upcoming weekend at home against the same team, to complete the series. Nathan and Luke then continue the Fillmore Food Reviews and share their interesting stories about coming to a new team and their first impressions. Another Don't Say Uh or Um segment with our special guest Max Moore will provide the listeners with more crazy stories and some quality entertainment. Nathan Bottles and Luke Hartge talk all things Riverkings this week, we have a weekend recap of the past weekend as the boys swept the Minnesota Mullets. We have a preview of the biggest weekend matchup to date, the boys travel to Hudson for a weekend showdown with the Unbeaten in regulation Hudson Havoc. The Boys have a very special and unique episode for all of you die-hard Skating The River fans. The boys share what they do outside of the rink and give you a quick glimpse into how they decompress and get away from the game. We have the man of many talents and our assistant coach Devin Roeder on for an interesting interview. Devin tells us all about his youth hockey experiences, junior hockey career, and his coaching career so far. Be on the lookout for a surprise as we are joined by an unexpected guest, who will soon get an episode of his own. Listen until the end for some clues to who our next guest will be.

After another break for the holidays, the boys are back and JACKED UP to be continuing the season and the podcast. Thanksgiving has arrived! The boys head home for a week to spend time with their families and to rest/recover in preparation for the next home series against the Northern Colorado Eagles. Even though we use this time to recover, the boys are hard at work getting out podcasts to the people. This is a special week, as we get the opportunity to interview our families from back home. Taking it back to people who made it possible for us to be playing junior hockey, the people who have been there since day 1.
