Ron Kobayashi is a world class jazz pianist, composer, producer and educator. Ron has played with Mel Torme, Margaret Whiting, Peter Frampton, Peter White, Tom Scott and Kenny Burrell, among many others. His albums have received airplay around the world. Ron’s trio was voted Best Jazz Group in Orange County by readers of the OC Weekly in 1996 , AND nominated for Best Jazz at the Orange County Music Awards in 2012. They also played for President Bill Clinton in 1992. He demonstrates how to compose a jazz instrumental tune.

THE Netsky Twins, Steve Netsky and Ron Netsky are accomplished versatile songwriters, writing together since 1970s. Some of the songs recorded and performed are: Love Don’t Hurt People” recorded by Cissy Houston, with Whitney Houston on background vocals, “Only Love Can Make It Right,” recorded by Jet Brown.
Steve Netsky wrote the Celtic instrumental “The Green Hills” and the country-blues instrumental “The Patchwork Quilt” for albums by storyteller Sharon Kennedy and was nominated for a Grammy for the production of her album The Patchwork Quilt And Other Stories From Around The World in 1998. He also co-wrote the song “Standing In The Doorway” with legendary folksinger Mary McCaslin on her 2006 album Better Late Than Never. Steve toured the world as a member of the Klezmer Conservatory Band, as a production manager at Rounder Records, and currently at Ed Keane Associates, a management and booking company, where he works with artists like Take 6, The Manhattan Transfer, Nnenna Freelon. He has taught Music Business at University of Massachusetts Lowell, and currently the coach of the Songwriting Ensemble at New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
