A new AI-powered application "can" accurately estimate your lifespan, aiming to inspire users to adopt healthier habits and extend their lives. For an annual fee of $40, those curious about their potential longevity can download the "Death Clock" app. It prompts users to answer various questions regarding their health and lifestyle, allowing it to forecast not just a year but the exact date of a person's passing, alongside their current biological age. The goal is to serve as a wake-up call before it's too late to make significant changes.
“In today's health care landscape, we often respond to issues only when they arise, frequently at a late stage,” explained founder Brent Franson. “Death Clock embodies the transition to Medicine 3.0, empowering individuals with in-depth knowledge about their health and encouraging proactive management to achieve longer healthier lives.”The app generates a personalized “longevity plan,” suggesting lifestyle modifications and topics to discuss with health care providers. Imagine what it’s like to make hundreds of key decisions on “live” network television with millions watching. That’s what a sports television producer does behind-the-scenes each time they sit in “the big chair” in charge of the show. It’s a responsibility that requires good instincts, judgment and passion.
Not everyone can handle the pressure or responsibility, but Robert Steinfeld has done that for the last five decades. His work has earned him 10 Sports Emmy Awards for producing and or directing local, regional, and national network sports television since the early 1980s, and during that time has covered Major League Baseball; NBA, WNBA and college basketball; college football; NCAA Championship events; World Cup Soccer, the Cotton Bowl Classic for four decades; and three summer Olympic Games. He’s produced and or directed for ESPN, CBS, ABC, NBC, Fox Sports networks, Bally Sports, the NBA and more. In addition to his Emmy Awards and additional five nominations, he’s received a national Cable Ace Award nomination for Outstanding Programming Achievement, five Telly Awards, and more.
He’s produced five highly successful and critically acclaimed baseball pitching instructional videos – including Nolan Ryan’s Fastball with Randy Johnson. He’s been fortunate to work with some of the greatest athletes and broadcasting talent, and he learned a lot along the way.Robert is a native of New Jersey, but grew up in Dallas, Texas, where he’s lived since 1965. He attended Dallas Hillcrest High School then the University of Texas-Austin, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. He and his wife, Sarah, have two children, Elaine and Lee (AKA Leonhart on YouTube), plus two grandchildren.Robert Steinfeld is Executive Producer of the WNBA Dallas Wings and National Lacrosse League Panther City Lacrosse Club.

Laurinel Owen shares her tale of intrigue, love, devotion and betrayal through her memoir Strings Attached.
She arrived in apartheid South Africa on Christmas Day, eager to discover where her cello playing could take her. From the stage, she saw him for the first time. Their life together was bliss until he invited her to the family vacation home: when she knocked, his wife opened the door. But she couldn't give up on him.
He followed her back to America, where they married and lived together for twenty-two years. Then, upon his death, his daughter announced, "My parents were never divorced."Laurinel would discover that her husband, Klaus, was a bigamist who had bilked her of thousands of dollars, as well as the son of a Nazi murderer who fled the US amid FBI accusations of being the head of the American Gestapo.
Strings Attached reveals the author's self-deception and the high price to be paid for denial. Far worse than the three-continent lawsuit was the shame, guilt, and anxiety over her part in this real-life drama. Though music was her anchor, she healed through various traditional and nontraditional modalities. Laurinel Owen's story will inspire anyone who has loved, been betrayed, and is seeking recovery and support.

Did you know that even if you win the rat race, when you finish, you are still a rat? So says one of our favorite mentors, Dr. Ken Blanchard.
Here are a few takeaways.
Start your day slower. How would you like to be today? At the end of the day, consider writing a few things or PRAISINGS and also know where you should be pivoting the next day. Effective leaders think "how can WE win together?" Next time you get into a sand trap, don't say Oh Shit, I'm in the sandtrap. Look at it as an opportunity, not a trap. What did Ken's board of director, Pat Hyman advise at 99 years of age? Set direction, then get out of the way.
There you go.
