We started Nest with core principles that hold true today. Jonathan, Keith and I talked about how great it is we all are to be back together in Nest’s new office building in Charlottesville, and we discussed the merits, and challenges of single agent dual agency, how the lawsuits have changed agency - buyer and seller - in 2024, what might happen if dual agency went away at the national level, some foundational Nest history, and history of real estate agency.
