In this week's episode, I donned my project management hat and delved into a common dilemma faced by many businesses: their reluctance or challenges in embracing Neurodiversity inclusion and reaping its benefits.
One critical aspect of this issue is the absence of a robust business case. Often, businesses fail to analyze the comprehensive scope of the matter, how it aligns with their overarching goals, or to meticulously assess costs and potential benefits.
In essence, the lack of a solid business case raises doubts about the validity of arguments against Neurodiversity inclusion.
