  • In this week's episode, Ben discusses potential red flags which, over his years of experience working in the Salesforce recruitment space, can often be telltale signs that somebody's experience might need investigating further.

    He highlights the issue of candidates holding multiple jobs simultaneously and the challenges of detecting this. He also addresses the issue of candidates fabricating their experience and provides several red flags for hiring managers to watch out for, such as certifications that cannot be verified, inconsistencies in the use of Salesforce products, and roles which might not make sense for one reason or another.

    He emphasises the importance of thorough investigation and ensuring that candidates are hired based on their genuine expertise.
