From being able to show your child how to take action for themself to making your child the center of the universe. We chat about how these 13 pieces of advice apply to the daily job of parenting.

Saying “no” is very hard, especially for people pleasers who don’t want to disappoint others. Women need to set boundaries and to say “no” to others. Saying “yes” can limit the accessibility to opportunities. Saying “yes” to everything says to others that your time is not valuable.
People find out who the people are who always says “yes” and seek these people out. People can be uncomfortable with you saying “no”. No is a shield against exploitation and can be your protection. If you have said too many yeses, you can become run-down and shallow. Turn around how you feel by using “no”.
