We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with local and lovely Lauren! She shared with us her running background and her marathon experiences. Her running journey as an adult has seen huge improvements and she is highly motivated to train hard. We hope you enjoy hearing her perspectives on all things running.

This is our first episode of the podcast since May. It was very close to not happening but we made it! This episode is literally just us having a conversation. We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has reached out and continued to encourage and support us. Life is tough sometimes but we are all in this together.

It's been a hot minute...again...but don't hold that against us! In this episode we do a quick recap on what's been getting in the way of us getting onto the pod, then what's been happening running-wise, and then we welcome our local running gal-pal, Marita, to the show. She shares with us how she came to be training for her first half marathon this year. We hope you enjoy listening and we cannot thank you enough for all of the lovely messages. Thanks for sticking with us! :)

Something different this episode! We sat down with two of the boys from Eat, Sleep, Run, Repeat. We enjoyed chatting all things running and podcasting with Steve Woolley and Steve the Spartan Sparling. It was great to be in the company of others who want to keep building connections in the running community. We hope you enjoy our chat as well.

We loved sitting down with Alice Taylor, a Brisbane local running who has many great achievements, and even better advice. We learn how Alice started her running journey; how she decided to take on her first marathon; and we find out how she mentally and physically prepared for a fantastic time. We absolutely love Alice's grit and strong mindset. Katie and I definitely benefitted from this chat and we think you will as well. In particular, we love her advice around the marathon training. She said "Do not wish it away!" and we think that's very good advice, Enjoy!

At the last minute we decided to make a quick podcast episode and we recap our individual weeks of running. As seems to be a bit of a pattern, Katie is smashing it and Sacha is having some issues! It's not long though before our thoughts turn to the excitement of and for our Dead Cow Gully runners ready to smash their goals.

We chat running shoe addiction, recent purchases and the continuation of the marathon prep. It’s Katie’s turn to counsel Sach out of her running lows this time around, but as usual, we giggle our way through a conversation that we call a podcast episode. Enjoy!
