This is a story I've never told before. The downs I never really talked about, and how I hit rock bottom. For anyone who has ever felt like giving up. I hope this inspires you to keep going. You could be, just one day away.

If your goal is JUST the outcome, then it won't last once you reach that outcome. To make the new habit or behavior stick and not constantly having to move the GOAL post is let the goal be to become the PERSON who can achieve those outcomes, and the results will naturally follow. And once you reach certain landmark achievements, you won't stop because that wasn't your finish. Becoming the person and doing the thing was. Some great books to read and educate yourself more on this is:"The Practice" by Seth Godin "Atomic Habits" by James Clear"Unlimited Power" or "Unleash the Power Within" by Tony Robins"So Good They Can't Ignore You" Cal Newport"Turning Pro" by Steven Pressfield

The reason you think something is impossible or unlikely for you, is because you’re only around, getting advice from and listening to people who aren’t where you want to be. Period. You’re taking to heart advice from family and friends who haven’t done, or aren’t doing what you want to do. And all THEY’Re doing is projecting the insecurities and false impossibilities that were perpetuated onto them. I dealt with this a lot in my past. Not so much anymore. It stops when you become successful in their eyes. Don’t hate them or blame them. You’re an adult now. Blame yourself.Understand what’s happening and find better sources. More money and success and achieving goals WILL give you more resources and tools, but it will NOT make you more resourceful. That’s how you get out of the rut you’re in. Be wiser and more resourceful.

It usually takes quantity to get to quality.
HOWEVER, you have to work on getting better every time you do it. Make it 1% better each time and over time, the compound effect will be unimaginable.
BUT, if you never try to get better each time, if you never educate yourself, learn, try new approaches, analyze, adapt, adjust and try again, you’ll be doing the same things, the same ways years from now.
If you just continue to throw sh** at the wall, soon you’re just gonna have a room full of sh**.
So keep taking action, don’t think you know it all & keep testing.
Adapt or die.
Just do 1% better each time.
That’s it.

"I'll Make Love to You, Like You Want Me to" Wait... What do you mean?
A different, funny take on the chorus to an old Boyz II Men song. -
This is elevated for comedy purposes, but it's pretty accurate when we're trying new food or drinks.

One way I think creatively. This is good for creative thinking and creative problem solving. Hope it helps!

There could be a lot of reasons, but this is probably the main one. You don't have a clear vision for your long-term goals.

These unexpected impersonations had us all dying from laughter. Interview with Jon Filippi & Clay Christopher turned into a comedy show. Hope you laugh as hard as we did. **Sorry about the audio! The card in the mic recorder glitched the entire time, and was unusable, so the audio is from the cameras, but it's so funny we had to at least post this clip.**
