Let's talk and tap our way to better. This podcast is to help us use tapping to move through the life stuff that keeps us stuck and not living our best lives. Podcast episodes contain a conversation about something that has me or my guest stuck, and then we’ll tap on it to move through our emotions and get our energy flowing again. My guests and I will share our experiences and our hearts and then tap our way through to feeling better. We’ll laugh and we’ll cry our way through the episodes, feeling all the “feels.”
I hope this podcast helps learn tapping techniques to help you get through some of your own life’s challenges and gets you unstuck and on your personal Road to Better while we Tap Into You! -

The most important thing to remember is your voice matters, your feelings matter, even the dark ones, and what you think matters. You are important!
