We are on week 6 of no sugar, flour, caffeine and alcohol and whilst Ian and Taylors bodies get use to the new lifestyles, their bodies decide to go on full detox, causing them to lose lots of weight and have some unpleasant symptoms.
Both Taylor and Ian have lost 12 KG (26.4 ibs) since starting the no sugar challenge and still have many weeks to go.
