They discuss her experience going through architecture school in Portugal and why she did not fit in in the schools there. Also, they cover how she managed to work at such a prestigious firm without any prior internships or experience. Mariana also discusses why she has started to create her own brand outside of the firm and how she plans to move forward with her own brand. Finally, Mariana asks what the education experience was like for Jarrett and Jordan and how much that differs from what she experienced in Portugal.

This week Jordan, Aaron, and Jarrett sit down with yet another former professor of theirs, Hugo Sheward. They talk about his background and what architecture school was like in Chile. Next, Hugo talks about how in South America they treat architecture differently than we do in the United States and how this has influenced his teaching philosophy. Lastly, they talk about Hugo's research, what it was like working for Charles "Chuck" Eastman (the father of BIM) at Georgia Tech, and how that has lead him to teaching new classes at KU.

Rachel talks about how she fell in love with teaching and her approach to teaching architecture to set her students up for success. Lastly, they discuss her new position as the Director of Professional Development & Internships at CU Denver and how she is building connections between students and the professional world.

They cover Gregory's background and how that has influenced the way he approaches teaching architecture. Gregory also briefly touches on how the architecture department is preparing for COVID and how he is planning on teaching this semester. Jordan and Jarrett also ask Gregory about his research pertaining to bicycles and mobility in an urban environment.
