  • Brett recently completed his first marathon ruck (carrying weight) and did it in a very unique way, and for a very unique reason. Going through tough times can cause us to do some crazy things. For Brett, he decided to turn his focus to completing his very first marathon with less than 7 weeks of training. He also shares how and why he decided to up the difficulty and challenge for himself. If you have ever run an endurance race, thought about running a race, or are going through a tough time of your own, you will love this episode. Brett also shares what it means to raise your “hard ceiling,” as well as the peace and comfort he never expected to find during his “moving meditation.”

Today, Brett and Curtis give you 5 easy and effective ways to instantly hold yourself more accountable and increase your chances of completing that Goal, new habit, or to-do list task. Accountability works! Time to raise your accountability, in order to raise your game!

    Action Step: Review your goals or tasks and attach a specific deadline to it that you can begin to count backwards from. Then, reach out to someone, and share the goal or task that you will accomplish, as well as the reward that will occur once you accomplish it, or the self imposed consequence if you do not.
