The two medics who work in Devon, will take part in the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge in December 2021. As they tackle the jaw dropping 3000-mile rowing challenge, they hope to raise £100,000 for essential medical charities, and also have their sights set on breaking the mixed pairs record for the competition. Not to mention, to help further Charlie’s research into female performance in ultra-endurance events.

Great Britain's #1 Female Biathlete, Amanda Lightfoot chats with CEO Rick Rowan and Doctor James Somauroo on training, injury, and of course bioelectronics. Amanda started skiing whilst serving the military in 2007 and began competing internationally a year later. She underwent a knee operation in April 2013 before making her Olympic Winter Games debut at Sochi 2014. She is the second British female biathlete to compete at Olympic level following Emma Fowler at Turin 2006. "I’ve had a lot of injuries over the past years. One that springs to mind would be my Achilles in the summer. Team GB diver and NuroKor athlete Ross Haslam represented Great Britain in the European Championships and won a silver in mixed synchronised 3-metre springboard. He also won bronze at the World Cup, going on to achieve finalist status in the individual 3-metre springboard in the Final World Diving Series in 2019. With the Tokyo Olympics postponed until 2021, Ross made the difficult decision to undergo surgery on a problematic, long-term shoulder injury.
