  • Rob Kancler is not your average sex and relationship expert. With over 15 years of hands-on experience (no pun intended) exploring consciousness, embodiment, and mysticism, Rob has emerged as a pioneer in men's sexual empowerment and relational intelligence.

What sets Rob apart is his unique ability to make these unusual conversations feel normal and accessible to regular guys, meeting them exactly where they're at in their journey. As co-founder of the "Men of Substance" program, Rob guides men beyond conventional sexual paradigms into a world of profound connection, ecstatic pleasure, and spiritual awakening. His approach blends cutting-edge somatic practices, forgotten sex secrets of the sages, and a hefty dose of humor to create lasting change.

Rob's style is all about jamming with people, having a good time, and making these transformative concepts relatable and fun. Rob's journey from a sociall anxious church-raised mama's boy with serious issues with sexual performance to globally recognized sexuality mentor is as fascinating as it is inspiring. He's danced with porn stars, studied with Taoist and Tantric masters, and explored consciousness with shamans.

BUT, it wasn't all tantric bliss and cosmic orgasms. Rob's path includes plenty of fumbles, repeated failures, and "WTF am I doing?" moments, making him relatable to men facing their own challenges. Today, Rob's mission is to help revolutionize how men thinnk about and approach sex, love, and intimacy.

This was an extremely fun podcast to record. Hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we did making it!

  • Ralph Figueroa is a businessman in Dover, Delaware, who owns The Pool Doctor, which is a swimming pool building, and maintenance company, started by his father, and that he took over as a small, mobile business after his father passed away 18 years ago, building it into a large, and very successful company with a fleet of trucks, heavy machinery, a real estate portfolio, and over a dozen employees.

He also owns and manages a restaurant with his family, that he started working in when he was 10 years old, and has grown to owning two parcels of land, and is expanding to include a catering/event space. Ralph began to run weekly karaoke in the restaurant, which expanded to twice a week, including the "Anything Goes Tuesday Night Karaoke Party", which now only lives on in the hazy memories of those who took part!

Ralph tuned his Karaoke skills into fronting his own band, which has played gigs in some of the largest local events in the area. His real estate portfolio is ever growing, and I feel like he's just getting started!

We are happy that Ralph took the time to share his journey, so far, with us!

  • A chance meeting from a comment on Facebook, led us to meet Cory Harner from Colorado adn what a story of overcoming adversity he has, and what a journey.

Cory grew up in Auroa, Colorado, and though he was identified as a "gifted" student, he started running with the wrong crowd at a young age, party to fit in, and party survival instinct. By the time he was 15, he was incarcerated for the first time, and by the time he was 21, he was sentenced to 10.5 years in state prison in Arizona.

Cory tells us his story, from that rough beginning, to eventually learning that overcoming his "Buts" required him to look outside himself, and turn to dedicating himself to the service of helping others.

He finally turned it around, and is now the founder, with his wife, and director of a non profit helping veterans, called Valor Vanguard. He has never shared this much of his story, and did in the hope that it may inspire others to know that there's always hope around the corner.

She wrote Chaplain Turner’s War from a series of Atlanta Journal-Constitution stories on an Army chaplain serving in Iraq. She also was a distinguished professor of practice in the University of Georgia’s narrative nonfiction MFA program.

It's impossible to get someone’s story in just 90 minutes, however Moni was generous enough to share a condensed version of it with us.

From her first day of life, when she was found on the steps of an orphanage in Calcutta, and adopted by a renowned mathematician and his wife, to growing up all over the world, and eventually becoming a journalist at the highest level, covering a range of stories, from reporting on the aftermath of devastating earthquakes in Haiti and Nepal, to traveling with John Kerry's Presidential campaign, and being embedded with the Georgia Army National Guard's 48th Brigade during the Iraq war.

Moni is a person who has, and does, overcome the "Buts" in her life on a daily basis.

  • Dave Tabler - Retirement is History!

From a young age, Dave Tabler had a love of photography. After earning a degree in Photojournalism, and despite being told he needed a "Plan B" (As in, BUT...) and began working in the field, contributing photography to book projects (Before the days of the internet, and Getty Images) and museum curators, and collectors. He was successful enough in these endeavors to be able to retire in his mid 50's.

In 2010, Dave moved to Delaware, and became smitten with its rich past, as the First State. He came out of retirement, put his photojournalism experience to work, and went on to write three award winning books, and counting, about Delaware history.

Dave has a story that follows a common But Fixer theme. If you have an idea, and a dream, take action and do it! Don't let anyone say, "But, what if...."

    Enjoy!

  • JP Carter is one of John's trainers, and after our quick interview, during an in-person event we put on in Kansas City, I decided to call him "The Pitchman". He sold everything, then woke up one day, quit his job, and made a list of what he wanted to do with his life that made him happy.

Despite not really liking dog trainers, (ha ha) he loves animals, and dogs, and found his way to Canine Trade Group, becoming a trainer in Kansas City, and managing multiple markets around the United States.

Never let anyone say, "BUT.... you can't do it!" ANYTHING beats punching The Man's clock!

  • Vinnie Soma is a life long dog lover, who started training dogs professionally in 2012, after a few serious injuries derailed his hockey career.

He started a non-profit, to provide training for rescue dogs, to ensure that they transition smoothly into their new homes, and avoid being returned back to the rescue. His “Say it Once Dog Derby” has raised tens of thousands of dollars towards this effort, and had over 400 participants last year.

Vinnie’s is a great story of perseverance and overcoming many BUT’s on his way to success!

  • Mike Weingarten, originally from Brooklyn, NY, literally got the shaft 25 years ago and has a story to tell!

While working in Manhattan on evening, Mike FELL FOUR STORIES DOWN AN ELEVATOR SHAFT! Nobody thought he'd make it through the night. He spent 30 days in the ICU, and over 2 months total in the hospital having gone through multiple surgeries.

Mike took the time in his recovery to take a different path in life. "I sort of reinvented myself", he says.

He moved to Boca Raton, FL, and dove deep into personal development, working specifically on improving the way he was thinking, and his thought processes, which he shares with us in detail.

Mike recently completed 1330 straight days of exercise (and is still going).
"More for a mental toughness standpoint, however, I'm now in the best shape of my life, and I've lost over 100 pounds!", he told us. He uses this journey to inspire others every day!

(He also just got my first dog. A rescue, of course!)

We hope you'll find inspiration in Mike's story. I know we did!
