With actions of Ru Mackenzie being out of alignment with C2BC, I asked him to step away. It's been nothing other than disappointing, but life & leading this community must go on.
From then to now, huge changes have taken place within C2BC. A fresh start & transition.
Stepping into fatherhood unexpectedly as we await our first child. Many moments of the full spectrum of emotions and feelings as Jess enters into her final few weeks of pregnancy, we are excited and feel ready for the quest of parenthood.
From here we will have at least 2 new podcasts for you each month, ranging from guided practices, expert guests, to sharing my own life challenges and experiences with you leading this community and navigating life to the best of my ability, with humility & integrity.

We chatted with Matt around how he sees his success been from going with the flow and the universe.
We discussed his upbringing and how he was fortunate to have supportive parents and teachers who encouraged him to pursue his interests. We also talked about our admiration for Dr. Joe Dispenza and how attending his week-long events was a huge inspiration for Matt.
We talked into trying different diets, including paleo, autoimmune paleo, GAPs, carnivore, and keto, to solve health problems but became obsessive and felt worse. He then researched about Photobiology, Bioelectromagnetism, and Biophotons and started a company called RA OPTICS . We ventured his journey of starting a business in the science of light and bioenergetics, and how he eventually faced mental struggles and turned to spirituality for answers.
We discussed our mission to embody what we have learned to overcome our vices. We also talked about the concept of good and evil within oneself and how reacting negatively is a manifestation of evil.
We chatted into the concept of sin and desire in the human condition, as well as the differentiation between the high self and ego self and also explored the idea of reincarnation and the soul leaving the body after death.
We discussed personal experiences and beliefs about the purpose of life, self-realization, and finding true happiness through practices such as Kriya Yoga and teachings from spiritual masters like Dispenza, Jesus, and Yogananda.
We also touched on the concept of success or enlightenment being achieved through sitting in nothingness and being totally happy and free.
We discussed the idea of dissolving one's identity and letting go of attachments to create or change things and explored the concept of ultimate reality and the limitations that prevent one from maintaining a full awareness of it at all times.
We talked into the different stages of samadhi and how to reach a constant state of consciousness. We also talked about the concept of Breatharianism and how it relates to the body's electromagnetic field and energy.
Then discussed how removing bad food from one's diet and getting energy directly from sunlight can improve the quality of life and organism function. They also mentioned that the process of metabolism causes aging and that calorie restriction can increase lifespan.
We discussed the idea that there is more to life than just chemical reactions and that humans are energetic beings. We also talked about the history of Western medicine and how it has been influenced by the mechanistic school of thought.
We discussed various topics including the importance of self-worth, the benefits of wearing tinted glasses and how they effect your bodily functions!
