Hilary has spent 20 years of her working career in some kind of position related to supporting the neurodivergent community, in schools or home or clinical settings. She has served on the BC-ABA board for two terms, working with colleagues to disseminate applied behavior analysis.
She has found her passions, one is specializing in sleep. She finds that focusing on sleep is an invaluable gift and it brings her joy to help families sleep again. While she has been practicing as a behavior analyst for over 10 years and gained experience in many roles, she continues to practice each day more in line with her values as a parent, and clinician, while learning more about how she can serve compassionately, humbly, and with integrity.

David Barnett is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He has a Masters of Arts degree in Professional Behavior Analysis. He currently lives in San Francisco but is originally from Miami, Fl. David has a passion in this field for consulting or collaborating with parents, teachers or other practitioners. He enjoys using use behavioral skills training to practically and pragmatically disseminate ABA strategies to others. On a personal note, he loves going to see live music, playing and watching sports, and hanging outside with friends and family. In general, he's excited to expand his scope of practice in ABA beyond the world of autism.
We discuss self-care from one male perspective and the willingness to explore and learn along the way!
