Everyone on this planet at some point has been stuck. Maybe you're feeling stuck right now. There is no secret to getting unstuck, it's just patience, putting in effort, and this very important piece of the success puzzle.
Building resilience is about feeling liberated, confident, and free to do what you want without guilt or irrational anxiety! When you're feeling stuck, unsure, or lack the self-belief that your efforts will result in anything that hurts your resilience and opens a door to a host of negative emotions that if left to persist can impact your life and your mental health negatively.
This is what I fight against every...damn...day with myself, my family, my clients, my students, my community, and the world.
