In this edition of the podcast, we open with the continuing misadventures of Sanchez's phone battery situation, then get Kevin Nickolai into the studio after Danno picked him up like an hour late. Kevin is the host of The Perplextpat podcast along with being a brilliant speaker and creative who lives in Daejeon. Our guest talks to us about a time in his life where he was rather unmoored, so he decided to pick up someone fresh out of con college and take him home to the trailer park, getting very scared and stoned along the way. We also discuss an idea that just might be the biggest pay-per-view event ever featuring five naked US Marines and coked-out kitana-wielding maniac gorilla. After that it's more stuff on family secrets, innuendo, and hallucinatory states to finish the show with just the right of improper aplomb for which we're (in)famous. Sacre bleu!
Music Theme: Pardon My French
Lous and the Yakuza - Dilemme
Dr. Dre - Bitches Ain't Shit
Andrew Dice Clay - Something Soft -
For our 10th episode spectacular, we talk to Gwangju's English news voice & the host of GFN's "Face2Face" Arlo Maddest about a couple nights of drunken adventure blagging his way into VIP parties at different editions of the annual Busan International Film Festival, pissing off Darren Aronofsky, the worst jobs he's ever had, and what's NOT on his esteemed resume...amongst other shite.

On this episode, we invited the amazing Kamen Ross to join us during his final weeks in Korea. Before he came in, Danno talks the Alex Baldwin situation (whoever that is) with Sanchez and claims he bought the t-shirt from the Trumps. We talked about getting lost in spacetime on mushrooms at a Primus concert in Boston's Orpheum (FOREVER?!), how one would teach demons the right way when young, Sanchez (unprompted as usual) gave a movie review, and Kamen administered a personality test on the hosts with predictably disastrous results. As hosts we'd just like to bid Kamen Ross a fond departure from Korea, as he will be missed terribly by one & all who know him. The music theme chosen by Kamen was Goddesses of Hell, which we felt was appropriate given the onset of the cold & dark months.
Tracklist:
Norma Tanega - You're Dead
Laura Marling - Devil's Spoke
Lisa Hannigan - Little Bird -
It's been a while since our last pointless foray in podcasting, so Danno & Sanchez decided to go back to doing it wrong with this latest episode. Danno asks if reincarnation were a thing, what would be the way you'd choose to die. Obviously, a GTA reference was necessary to make the subject matter accessible really to both Danno & Sanchez, the rather dim bulbs that they are. We also invited Andrew Vlasblom as our guest tonight, and the local boss of Kindle Records and official Drinking Badger discussed his near murder in Thailand which he'd have been blissfully clueless about prior to being dispatched, the merits of sloshy bucket drinks, and he also inquired as to what inspires the two knuckleheads that run this shameful business...along with some other shite. In a notable omission even for us, Sanchez didn't even pick a tune for this episode and the studio burned down.

Episode Seven of The Danno & Sanchez podcast or whatever it's called sees the one & only Prince Paolo join us for a VERY extended episode of our bi-weekly nothing. The theme this week was funeral music, so we asked whether or not The Village People's "YMCA" will be the walkout music at his state funeral. Once Paolo joined us (a true maven he is), we discussed his experience with the panda named DMT, met his friend Buddy, what character or superhero would be annoying af in real life, early dubstep being super niche, and some other nonsense about the Windsor family to finish.

Episode Six is here and who better to invite into the studio than the fantastic South African recording artist Lizz Kalo on her birthday? Nobody, that's who. Well, there's Sanchez but that is strictly contractual. Lizz talks about missing key dates due to space muffin consumption, cringe-tastic pickup lines, and the conundrum of what to have more in your life whilst cutting the other out: Money or Sex. Enjoy!

For our fifth and unbelievably not final episode, Matt Elliott joins us to talk about finding oneself blindfolded on mushrooms, famous Canadians, and accidentally discovers in the process that Danno & Sanchez are both generally unable to save money due to their DVD & vinyl profligacy through the years. Sanchez also hits a home run of tell offs to four famous people, who I'm sure will be greatly affected by being called out on such a major show.

For our fourth episode of the podcast, Danno & Sanchez do some catching up to start along with their continued flailing & scheming for a sponsor. After all of that nothing, we welcome veteran drummer, radio personality, and Gwangju man about town Dan Lloyd to the hot seat for an extended discussion about marijuana paranoia, what not to do when you're an American band getting booed at a show in England, the pros & cons of their respective cultures vs Korea, and other shite.

Our third episode invited local legend Alex Reid to the podcast and not only did he accept and add amazing color to the show, but he got a crappy uncomfy plastic seat for doing so! Quality shite talk of a volume that will bring most people to their knees throughout, and we discuss the issues of import like the feeling of freefalling into the darkness of a mountain rainforest after getting chased by the cops, getting paralyzed on the dunny, and the surprising lack of the c word during a podcast with an Aussie guest. You know, the real shite.

Chris Bleeker is our guest for episode 2. The local Gwangju lady about town is not one to shy away from any conversation, and this is her badge of proof forever on that front. Danno & Sanchez discussed her being our executive producer and the nightmares that might ensue, along with maximum population dynamics involved with orgies, and Chris got to turn the tables on the hosts to ask her own questions. Fun show, naughty holiday tunes scattered here & there, good or even great stupid stupidity throughout. A milestone is also reached where the protagonists did in fact talk shite for one hour.

Gwangju's official Most Bearded Man two years running John Ha'ard joins us to discuss an amazing story of multiple people falling out of windows one night during his university days, and also how many tax brackets he, Andrew Vlasblom & Sanchez have moved up since their $300 apiece split winnings at the local busking competition.
