Sleep regressions! Most parents I've talked to have been worried or fearful of sleep regressions - I know I was as a new parent.
In this episode I break down all about regressions and reframe what's happening as sleep progressions. Confused? Have a listen!
We'll talk about why I call these times progressions instead of regressions, common times they occur, what they can look like, and how to handle them.

In this quick episode we are talking all about awake windows.
As I say in this episode, every baby and child is different and it is okay if their awake times are different than what I mention here. What we want to pay the most attention to is that our child is getting the sleep they need. Some parents will follow their baby's sleepy cues and find that that is all they need to figure out the best time for nap and bedtime. For some, awake windows can be a helpful guide in figuring out the best time for sleep, and for others they will find a mix of both sleepy cues and awake windows to be helpful.
