Well the Road to 100 Series comes to a close, and I could not think of a better guest to close us out strong than KG! KG hosts the Living the KG Life and is a fellow Boston based Disney podcaster. KG teaches us all a little more about DVC and RunDisney which are admittedly 2 Disney topics I know not much about, so I am taking notes on this appearance as well. We also learn more about KG's Disney parks personality and of course we close it out with recruiting her to take part in my 100th podcast episode project, so you will her KG back on here again very soon!

When I think of Disneyland and big time Disney fans, 2 of the first names I think of are Dave (@daveifornia) and Q (@qs_trips). If someone asked me to come up with a list of 10 MUST FOLLOW IG accounts to recommend someone new just coming into the world of the online Disney community should follow, Dave and Q would both be on that list for me. Not only do Dave and Q both make great content, but these guys are 2 of the kindest and most supportive people you can meet in the entire Disney fan base. I am absolutely honored that they both were willing to come on my podcast for this episode, and that they both agreed to come back for the idea I have for my 100th episode as well. Don't worry though, for this group, that word is actually a compliment because on this episode I welcome on Kaity, Marissa, and Stephen from the Idiot's Guide to Imagineering. This trio have quickly become some of my best friends in this Disney podcasting and Disney Instagram community. I have had the honor of being invited onto their show 4 times now, twice as a guest judge/panelist, and twice as a project presenter. Things are picking up steam now in The DMSW Podcast Road to 100 series! Alex from the Main Street Mechies Podcast joins us for the 2nd episode release of this week. Well it's been a long time since we've had to do a "You Know What Really Grinds My Gears?" episode, but this one has been brewing for a few weeks behind the scenes. It started with the announcement that Mando was not coming back for a 4th season and instead was being made into a movie. Then out of nowhere Disney dropped the announcement that we were going to get Moana 2 as a movie, in November of this year. Having to watch the Chiefs win another championship, along with the combo of a Disney+ commercial near the end of the game pushed me over the edge though, and driving home I knew the fire was finally ready to come out, so I had to turn the mic on and change up the episode plans for this week, and let you guys know what was going on with my opinions on this one.

Well it has been a few weeks, but I hope the idea I had for this episode turns out to be worth the wait for you. I took some time off for the holidays to relax with my family, then we hit my birthday and New Years Day, and we made a BIG announcement for the future of the podcast on Instagram. When I talked about that BIG announcement here on the podcast for the first time, I wanted to make sure it was an extra special episode. I have always wanted to record LIVE from somewhere on WDW property, and with the park hopping time restrictions FINALLY being lifted, I thought why not take "The 4 Park Challenge" to the next level, and not just visit all 4 parks in the same day, but bring my recording equipment with me and record a full episode, by going to all 4 parks and recording a segment at each of them. Hopefully you guys get a kick out of the background ambiance during this episode! The gears are already spinning for future episode ideas that I can return to the parks to record as well, so hopefully this episode is something you all enjoy.

This is a SPOILER HEAVY review for Loki Season 2.
I have been so excited to talk about this Disney+ show on the podcast because in my opinion it was far and away the BEST MCU project we have see brought to the streaming site so far. I was blow away by the acting performances, the music, and most of the writing and story telling they did this season. I feel like they gave Loki a FLAWLESS complete character arc, and I really appreciate the way they ended the season. It allows time to let Loki sit on the shelf (no pun intended) for awhile if he wants to go pursue other projects, and if it ends up being the last time we ever see him in the MCU I can be satisfied with that. But it also does leave the door open in a way that if he and the MCU ever feel like they are ready and want to bring him back, it will not cheapen his character arc whatsoever and I would be excited to see him play Loki in the MCU once again.The DMSW Podcast is proud to be a podcast partner with the ConciEARS Travel Agency!

You guys have been asking when Sydney was coming back on the show to finish her trip report from our Sept 2023 Father/Daughter trip, and today is finally that day. Dental surgery, internet issues, friend birthday parties, school work, they all did their best to keep her from getting back on the mic these past few weeks, but the stars finally aligned once again and she is back to finish telling you all about our trip.
Day 2 we went to Epcot and Magic Kingdom.
Day 3 we started in Animal Kingdom and then park hopped to Hollywood Studios, then over to Epcot, then back to Hollywood Studios again to close out our park time for this trip.
