  • This week on the podcast I have the wonderful Elizabeth Reah; a musician and vocalist and her sound creations are truly a unique experience.

Elizabeth is originally a classically trained musician and has sung all over the world and performed in prestigious venues including St Pauls cathedral, The Purcell Room,  live on Radio 3 as well as festivals and many other events both in person and online.

Elizabeth now focuses on improvised, ethereal vocal music. Her wordless creations focus on the power of music and song in transcending the need for words. Her voice seeks to take the listener on a journey beyond the ordinary, beyond the mind and beyond this realm.

Her sound journeys are known for their profound healing quality, bringing light to the darkness, joy into the sadness, comfort and solace during the challenging times of life and hope when things may feel lost.

Elizabeths music is often interwoven into other healing modalities such as breathwork, meditation, ceremonies or other events. Her music can be licensed or she will often attend live.

Elizabeth also creates music, mediations and song for children’s mental health and wellbeing and has launched an app called Sonix: https://childrensapp.sonixwellbeing.com/

  • This week I'm joined by the wonderful Bergljot (Bergy) Støer

Bergy is a Human Design reader, QHHT Practitioner and Yoga teacher from Norway

Bergy says: "I've been on a spiritual path since I had a wake-up call in 2012 and has read about and explored many different modalities, searching for answers since then. It wasn't until I stumbled upon Human Design that I realized that there in fact exists a "blueprint" to our lives that not only gives us an explanation for how we are all unique and different, but also concrete tools for how to best make decisions and use our energy in the world! I became fascinated by it and finished my HD Reader training in 2022, and have since then offered readings to people from all over the world. I combine it with being a QHHT practitioner and yoga instructor, and love guiding people back to their true/highest selves."

This is one of my favourite episodes to date, Bergy is such an incredible soul and I love the passion with which she shares her knowledge and her gifts. This is a conversation that is not to be missed!

    We discuss

What Human Design is and how it can help you to find your unique blueprintThe 5 types and strategies; Generators, Manifestors, Manifesting Generators, Projectors and ReflectorsThe benefit of understanding others through human designHow not everyone should 'listen to their gut'The authoritiesHow to listen to your authority to make the best decisions for you

  • Do you know how I got here?

If not, this one is for you. In this episode I'm going to be sharing how I came from an aspiring actress to a Pilates teacher to a therapist. I'll also be sharing how trying to be all of those things separately has caused me to feel pretty stressed and overwhelmed and what I plan to do about it.

I think it's a human right to be able to change and grow, and if you're here with me you're witnessing me do just that.

I hope this episode also gives you permission to be everything that you are and not feel like you have to separate yourself in order to fit in.

I'm also sharing a very exciting integration of my business which will bring together Mind and Body practices in one handy platform!

  • It's been a minute. Many many minutes in fact.

This quick episode is to get my feet back in the podcasting pool after an unplanned few months away. Yes I could make it out like I did it on purpose, but that wouldn't be the truth. My hiatus was born from a little bit of overwhelm and the fact that there isn't enough time in the day.

Imperfectly showing up is the perfect way to kick off season 2 because it's not actually about me. It's about the Echoes of some very wonderful upcoming guests. The episodes need to be shared!

So join me as we embark on season 2 with some incredible people sharing some incredible echoes.

  • Have you heard of Aphantasia or Hyperphantasia?

In todays episode I'm exploring something that totally blew my mind when I discovered it.

Aphantasia, Hypophantasia, Phantasia and Hyperphantasia are all types of visual imagery which ranges from 'mind-blindness' to hyper realistic images.

In this podcast episode I'll be exploring:

What Aphantasia is and the scale it sits upon.

Why I thought I was blocked/broken and how freeing it felt to understand myself and the way that I thought.

How I work with EFT & Matrix reimprinting without a visual imagination.

The problem with aphantasia - when we question our experiences and allow it to be a block or reason to doubt ourselves

    My experience of multisensory aphantasia

Understanding your multi sensory experience and how images, tastes, sights, smells, feelings can be trigger points for us and opportunities to go deeper

How we can adapt meditation as a Aphant
