Noah left a house party at 3:30am to cool off after an argument and was found deceased a few hours later, lying naked on the edge of a highway with horrific injuries. At first glance this appeared to be a tragic hit and run scenario. However, after two other agencies stepped in and the family got a closer look...everyone started thinking there might be more to the story.
