Let's talk about the night shift, specifically, new grads working the night shift. There's a BIG chance as a new grad nurse you'll be hired on nights and told it's the best shift for new nurses. Is it really? And why do they always say that? In this video, I'll talk about that and share with you some of the pros and cons of working nights as a new nurse because it's not exactly as they make it seem.
