This sighting includes a witness who received possible severe radiation burns as the result of being in close proximity to the strange aircraft. Gene and cohost Tim Swartz present Ronald Kinsella, an artist, illustrator and author. He started using crayons, acrylics, oils and even airbrush, before moving on to the wonderful world of digital. He has an avid interest in UFOs and has written and illustrated numerous books, including science fiction. He has appeared on national television and also jointly hosts a paranormal radio show, ‘Twin Souls’ along with his identical twin brother, Philip. In his book "Illusions — Smoke & Mirrors of the UFO/ET/Paranormal Enigma," Kinsella questions the validity of a number of alien, UFO and cryptid reports which range from the unusual, to the very bizarre, throughout the world. This interrogation is not based on their authenticity, rather, questioning a much darker aspect to their origins and of a seemingly fragmented phenomena. Is it just possible we have been duped by something else? Something far more sinister? Is it at all feasible to suggest that many of the ghosts, cryptids, and alien encounters, reported by hundreds of thousands of people throughout time, have been manifested by a Force that is as cunning as it is ingenious? And is Skinwalker Ranch — a reputed hotspot for paranormal activity — being used as its playground, knowing that interest of it has certainly arisen?

Gene and cohost Tim Swartz welcome back veteran UFO researcher Kevin D. Randle. During this episode, Randle will offer his reaction to the best-selling book, "Imminent: Inside the Pentagon's Hunt for UFOs" from former Pentagon UFO official Luis Elizondo. Does the book realize its hype, or is it just another title among thousands on the subject? Randle will also continue to evaluate the key cases he's explored over the years, such as the 1947 Roswell crash and the 1957 incident at Levelland, Texas. He is seen as one of the preeminent experts on the UFO phenomenon, and is a retired lieutenant colonel who served in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot and in Iraq as a battalion intelligence officer. Randle began writing for UFO magazines and eventually moved onto books. His writing is not limited to the UFO field. He is the author of more than 100 books that cover not just UFOs, but action-adventure, mysteries, science fiction and even a vampire novel called, cleverly, VAMPYR. Long-time UFO investigator and amateur paleontologist Ray Stanford returns to The Paracast to talk about his storied nearly 60-year career in the field. Many of you are aware that Chris personally feels that Ray is probably the most important figure involved in UFO research. Recorded in 2014, he also discussed the 50-year anniversary of the Soccoro, NM UFO case, which is regarded as one of the most compelling classic sightings of all time. Gene and cohost Tim Swartz present film makeup artist and creature maker William Munns. He has been fascinated all his life with cryptozoology, and in particular, Bigfoot, because of his work in films and with real apes. The most famous single piece of filmed material purported to be a Bigfoot is the Patterson-Gimlin film taken in 1967, and in the last 40 years, there has been an ongoing and still unresolved debate about whether the female figure seen in the film is a real primate of unknown species, or an ordinary human being wearing a fur suit. William put his research into a 2014 book called "When Roger Met Patty," which details his analysis of the Patterson-Gimlin Bigfoot film, addressing the question of hoax or fraud from the perspective of a professional makeup and creature effects designer, as well as the perspective of a vintage filmmaker. He started as a movie makeup artist when he was 20, and quickly gravitated toward the "creature" side of the field, doing prosthetics, masks, and makeup effects. William perfected doing film makeup and creatures were exacting in their nature, the kind of skills necessary for very realistic figures. He chose to expand his artistic range by applying the ultra-realistic techniques of film prosthetic work to the scientific discipline of reconstructing prehistoric creatures from fossil records, as well as exploring a new form of wildlife art, whereby living creatures were recreated with the highest museum taxidermy quality appearance, but without having to rely upon the skin, hide, fur or other remains of a dead animal to make the figure.

Gene and Chris present one of our most-requested guests, Travis Walton. Walton's 1975 UFO abduction encounter, where he disappeared for five days after encountering a flying saucer, has been the subject of back and forth discussions and controversy. His experiences were recounted in his book, "Fire in the Sky: The Walton Experience," and somewhat fictionalized in a 1993 movie of the same name. In November, 2014, Travis hostded a conference, Skyfire Summit, in Heber, AZ (near where he was dropped off by the "aliens"). The event featured Walton, Richard Dolan, Stanton T. Friedman, Peter Robbins, Kathleen Marden, Donald Schmitt, Linda Moulton Howe, Tracy Torme and others including Chris.

Our guest, Col. John Alexander, needs no introduction. He is easily one of the most enigmatic and intriguing figures in ufology today. He did this show after he completed another in a series of world-wide journeys and and was invited to The Paracast to share his thoughts on the interconnectedness of paranormal phenomena. He writes, "There is no doubt about the physical reality of some UFOs. The hard evidence, however, suggests they are part of a far greater mystery; one that engulfs many phenomena. Traditional Western science has created blinders and ignores inconvenient facts that are accepted readily in other societies."
